It was excellent. I'm not someone who writes a lot of comments. I recently had my Toyota Highlander worked on. The service person was incredible dont remember his name I'm not someone who writes a lot of comments. I recently had my Toyota Highlander worked on. The service person was incredible dont remember his name you need more like him he is a 5 star employee. Provided me a great price including. The Mechanic dont no his name was also a 5 star employee he discovered other things that needed replacing on my Highlander. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. With winter coming on I am very thankful for thes 2 employees and Litha for being here for me just a little person. Expectations Met I've had the 'free' oil change package on both vehicles since they were new - it paid for itself many years ago. This gets me into the dealership reg I've had the 'free' oil change package on both vehicles since they were new - it paid for itself many years ago. This gets me into the dealership regularly and allows them to identify any needed maintenance. Of course that's how they make some money, but it helps me too since all the data is in their computer. This last visit there were two things that were past due. No pressure to do either one, but I chose the most critical and got it done at the same time as the oil change. They took care of it all and got the vehicle back to me in the time they had estimated initially. These are my expectations: identify my needs, don't pressure me, do the job properly and in a reasonable time frame. My expectations were met. More
