I moved to Klamath Falls about a year ago. I have a Prius and Rav4. I’ve taken them both to Klamath Falls Toyota for oil changes and can’t be happier. I was lied to by the sales guy and told that I had to buy a warranty that lasted the entirety of my seven year loan in order to qualify. The code they put in, however, was for a three year warranty, so I pai a warranty that lasted the entirety of my seven year loan in order to qualify. The code they put in, however, was for a three year warranty, so I paid for four years I’m not getting. I would have never noticed had I not requested services “no longer covered” during my last oil change. I told them when I picked up the car I would show them the original contract in the glove box stating that my coverage lasted for seven years, but when I picked the car up the original contract was mysteriously not in the glove box anymore.
