We have never, "just decided to not help or service" a guest's vehicle. There is clearly a misunderstanding, and we would love to discuss it with you, so we can continue to do business. We value your business, just like everyone of our customers, and we hope we can sit down and figure out the miscommunication. This will also help us improve as a dealer moving forward, as we use this circumstance to review our process' and train our staff.
