I bought a used car for my parents from this dealership, outright. I was told it would be ready to go when I came to see it. It wasn’t. They assured me it would be ready for delivery within a week after i outright. I was told it would be ready to go when I came to see it. It wasn’t. They assured me it would be ready for delivery within a week after it was thoroughly inspected and any necessary repairs made. That it would be washed and filled with gas. 2 weeks after many emails and calls, the car was delivered. Without a full tank of gas. Less than 48 hours later the car died completely. I reached out and received no response. My nephew called and was able to speak to someone as I live over 5 hours away. They put gas in it and even though the tank showed it had gas, it in fact did not. Almost zero communication from the dealership to me or my parents or my nephew. They agreed to repair it we just had to take it there. My parents drove the 90 minutes just for them to say they couldn’t do anything for them that day. Finally when they took it back they said the fuel sending unit was bad and would replace it but would charge $700, after already being told it would be taken care of. This process started in the beginning of August and we are still trying to get this car repaired so my parents can drive it safely at the end of November. I cannot understand how this was missed on the inspection and why after they said they would “take care of it” they turned around and said they would be charged for it. I felt they were eager to earn my business and then once they had the $16,349 they were not interested in fixing something that should have been taken care of before the car ever left the lot. It has been a frustrating experience. They were able to reach me before the purchase was complete and then afterwards they said they tried to reach me and my parents but they never had the right number. More
There was a bit of a wait when I arrived for my appointment, but I was treated very well by all of the staff & found the answer to my question. appointment, but I was treated very well by all of the staff & found the answer to my question. More
Felt like because I only had put 5k miles on the car that the tire should have been covered . It had previously had a repair. Of course you wouldn't have known that either. So I understand. But I had to buy the tire should have been covered . It had previously had a repair. Of course you wouldn't have known that either. So I understand. But I had to buy four new tires, while three were still good. More
