Actually a great experience - WOW In the past buying a vehicle has always been a hellish experience of slow torture. This experience was just the opposite. Alex was a total professio In the past buying a vehicle has always been a hellish experience of slow torture. This experience was just the opposite. Alex was a total professional who didn't play any games at all. He listened and respected what I had to say. He was quickly able to give me a "yes" answer on just the deal I wanted. There were no surprises and the purchase of a new 2018 Subaru Outback was completed very quickly. I loved the new construction of the facility. All the people I interfaced with were excellent. My only complaints are with Subaru Corporate. They were forcing a new computer driven sales contract process that obviously still had bugs to be worked out (I worked as a computer programmer/analyst for 37 years). Kyle ended up having to produce a manual contract. Subsequently I received a survey from Corporate and they had some silly questions with no ability to comment on the problems with their survey. More
