Called and had a lovely lady named Katie set up an appointment for the next day at a time that I needed and requested. Arrived on schedule, I told Scott my problem and also asked him how long it would take to diagnose the issue. He replied in 45 minutes to an hour. I told him I would return within 2 hours. Much to my surprise, upon my return, Scott said it's been repaired and you are ready to go and the best part, no cost it was under the extended warranty for the throttle enhancement program. So, bottom line, called got the day and time that I needed for the appointment, they performed all work within the time quoted and back on the road knowing that it was repaired properly and I just experienced true professional attention. More
