Great Car Service, Great Customer Service I took my car to Klaben Ford Lincoln's Service Department twice recently. First I had a free oil change and they washed my car, including sprucing up I took my car to Klaben Ford Lincoln's Service Department twice recently. First I had a free oil change and they washed my car, including sprucing up the interior. Then I needed new tires along with an alignment. When I dropped off my car, someone drove me home and then when the work was finished they picked me up and brought me back so I did not have to sit in the waiting room for hours. I always feel like I am a valued customer when I go there and I know they will take good care of my car. John Renier is an excellent service manager. I think I also dealt with Karl on the second visit. Great staff!! More
