Debbie- Thank you for taking the time to fill out this review and give us honest, candid feedback. I am appalled that we left your vehicle without fuel and that it was not cleaned prior to returning it to you. I apologize for those inconveniences - there is no excuse for that. We pride ourselves on our customer first business model and clearly, we failed to provide that to you on this most recent visit.
