This was the third visit for the same issue, which I was told in the end couldn't be fixed. My car spent a significant amount of time in service, and came out with the same issue. I was especially frustrate told in the end couldn't be fixed. My car spent a significant amount of time in service, and came out with the same issue. I was especially frustrated that I was told a couple times that a leak in my vehicle was "normal" and that it was replicated on the same year and model. That doesn't help my situation. If there is soap and water getting into the back doors of my car every time it gets wet, that is anything but normal. The manager was nice though, and even gave me an additional warranty for any future paint or dent issues. Going back to the first visit, my Jeep was supposed to get an oil change. No idea if that actually happened because I'm still getting a message stating that I'm due for an oil change. More
