Good afternoon Adam, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your recent visit to our service facility. Your well thought out review clearly illustrates that, while not intended, we treated you like a commodity, not like the valued customer that you are. I apologize for putting you in the position of being so completely dissatisfied. Being a Klaben customer, you know by now the lengths that we go to in trying to obtain customer feedback. It is the most important resource that we have when it comes to measuring our performance. Many automobile dealers measure performance by the number of dollars they can collect on any given day, whereas we aim to create customers for life. It is the only model we have had since 1973. Clearly, it is not perfect. Given your history and our missteps, putting myself in your shoes, I too would consider going elsewhere for my vehicle service needs. Although not what we want, it is a decision that would garner my total respect. Our expectation is for our team members to set Klaben apart from the competition, in a good way, any other outcome becomes the focus of coaching and counseling sessions with all team members involved. As of this writing, you should have received your multipoint vehicle inspection report via email. I will end by thanking you again for your feedback. I apologize for once more not delivering the type of experience that you should expect and deserve, and if there is anything that I can try and do for you at this point, please let me know.
