Worked with Amanda on my first ever vehicle service appointment and she was very helpful when I also asked if they could find a noise in my headliner. However whoever the technician was working on my v appointment and she was very helpful when I also asked if they could find a noise in my headliner. However whoever the technician was working on my vehicle must have not been focused and rushed putting my truck back together. I went to pick it up and both driver and passenger seatbelts were stuck under the plastic next to the seats. Then when they got the part in for the noise in the headliner I pick it up and notice the next day as I am looking at my dome light and wondering if they just didn’t care to do it right and super glued it into my head liner or together because that’s what it looks like to me and I also have a random screw that was in the back of the center consul, and I was also told there would be no charge to me but I was being thrown a $129 bill. I need answers More

When I finally went to check, it was clear that I had been forgotten. Logan was extremely helpful. I had to bring my Jeep Cherokee Sport back twice. One was a recall issue and 2 days later, the problem came back. Logan took very good very good care of us and even called two days later to make sure the Jeep was running fine. We did not have an appointment for either visit. My original appointment could not be attended due to my mom being in the hospital and diagnosed with cancer. Yet, Logan had my car done both times within 24 hours and made sure that I had a rental car. Two thumbs up to Logan and his great customer service!! More
