Our deepest apologies for the wait time on your recent visit. It was inexcusable on our part for how the situation unfolded. We should have communicated any obstacles before, or during the visit that were going to prevent us from reaching the promise time and expectation given to you. Your time is extremely important to us, and this is not how we do business on a day to day basis. We ask for feedback because it is an important resource for coaching and counseling with our team. I apologize for the way the situation was handled during your visit, we should not have tried to make you wait for another advisor who was still unavailable at that time. Matt, We’re embarrassed that we have put you in a situation to question our character and intentions. Integrity is a bedrock principle of the Klaben organization and it’s disheartening that our actions gave you the opposite impression. As of yet, we have been unsuccessful in reaching you by phone.
