I have leased 3 NEW cars and have purchased 2 NEW cars, my recent purchase being a 2013 Chrysler 200 touring in July of 2013. Beautiful car and ride, (as every vehicle I have purchased/leased from Klaben). This is were my TRUE story of Klabens Honesty, Loyalty, 100% Satisfaction and most important their INTEGRITY of DOING THE RIGHT THING comes to play. . Enjoying my NEW 2013 200 Touring, until I started my car the morning of March 29th, 2014, my engine light came on (never having this happen) I was in a panic. I called Klaben"s Service Repair Dept. and set up a appointment for April 2nd, I brought my car in and the technicians started to look for the problem right away, upon the result they had to replace a faulty fuel pump module. I discussed this with the Service Advisor and we both agreed that sometimes things happen until.....November 24, 2014 my engine light came on again I was in a panic state once again. I called the Service Dept and set up an appointment for November 28, 2014 and this time it was an oxygen sensor that needed replaced. This time however; I was not satisfied with my visit and felt that I was now driving a used car instead of a new car that I had purchased. I discussed my concerns with the Service Manager and he was concerned that I was not satisfied with my recent repair, he proceeded to tell me that a Dist. Mgr. from Chrysler would be in on the following Tues. December 2nd, and that he would discuss this with him to see what could be done and that he would contact me with the results. Mid morning December 2nd I received a call from the Service Mgr. and we discussed the offer Chrysler was willing to do to in hopes to satisfy my disappointment, I told him I was not satisfied with that and he suggested that he would call Sales to see what could be done and have them contact me directly. To my surprise @ 3:30pm that same day I received a call from Courtney Hatcher, who wanted to get the feel of the story and what was happening with how I felt about my situation. When done discussing this with Courtney she asked me "What do you expect to hear from Klaben regarding this situation"? I replied my saying "That I wanted Klaben/Chrysler to just do the right thing. Courtney then explained that she was going to take this to her Superior and would contact me with the results, and I thanked her for caring enough to listen and wanting to see me 100% satisfied. At 4:45pm that same day I received a call from Courtney stating that she had GOOD NEWS......and I was OVERWHELMED and tears in my eyes that Klaben Chrylser Jeep Dodge were going to put me in a NEW 2015 200 Limited with the same car payment! It was like a dream! On Thursday December 4, 2014 I was driving my 2015 home. In ONE DAY they had accomplished what most (if any) car dealerships would have taken months. OUTSTANDING TO THE KLABEN TEAM! I have had my ups and downs with Dealerships before getting referred to Klaben in 2002, and every visit has been like a family visit. From the Sales to Finance to Service they are everything and more! I have never had a issue with Klaben or any of my purchases...enjoyed every vehicle, but I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH for being and standing by who they are. They are a Dealership with: No Pressure Sales - Loyalty -100% Satisfaction - and most important of all INTEGRITY - doing the right thing. I found that Justin is a very good representative of Klaben and of Dodge in general. He previously took care of my car service in the past and I must say he is always helpful, cheerful and generous in dealing with clients. I highly recommend Justin and Klaben. More

This is not at all the case with Klaben in Kent!!! Their service department is one of the friendliest and most reasonable I have ever dealt with. Justin makes sure the situation is taken care of with a quickness and is always very kind. I had an issue with a part I ordered from a website, and he handled it as if it was their issue, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They always try to fit you in ASAP, even when you call a million times for a million things you want done ;) Klaben service department has my business for life!! More

We need to have 30,000 mile service done next month. Yes we ok I put 30,000 miles a yr on our vehicles. That checked out our brakes to make sure we didnt have salt building up again.Joe and Matt always check all 4 of our Chrysler babies out and keep us safe. Another great experience.. Had to call Joe because my 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 9 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 930 am and he fitted us in immediately. Told us it might be a while with us really coming in without an appt. They took it back to find that there was a rock stuck in the wheel system that was causing the problem. They had us in and out like they had a race cars pit crew back there. Literally we were done in less time than Ive ever been there for even an oil change. Both Joe Hilliard and Matt King are a huge asset to klaben. Keep up the good work.
