My service was quick and easy! I had navigation installed on my new Jeep Cherokee. It was a very quick and easy process and Justin was great in keeping me informed of the progress. My first service experience with Klaben Chrysler could not have been better. Joe Hilliard, service advisor, immediately serviced and repaired my car. I was able to keep my trip commitment. Joe also completed recall campaigns that I was unaware of. He was extremely professional and caring. Since my corporate , fleet car was delivered elsewhere, I was expecting 2nd class service.... This last time Justin questioned a noise coming from the back. I told him I was aware of it, but didn't think to ask about it. Several repairs later I am happy to report that my JEEP runs like new again. But that is not the reason I am writing. I am writing to compliment Justin Stinnett for exemplary service. Not only is he always smiling and so pleasant to work with, but he is conscientious, responsible and thorough. Justin always kept me abreast of what was going on and always had the work completed when he said it would be done. He even remembered to put my backpack in my vehicle as I had left it in a rental car the first time I was there. So often, people don’t take the time to compliment a good job. I thanked Justin, but just didn’t feel as if that was enough. He is as good as they get!!! More

He is truly kind and always goes out of his way to provide quality customer service and do right by you. He is quick to let you know how the service is going and is honest about any additional service that is needed. Over Charges I purchased a Town & Country (Limited) with an extended warranty. Last spring, the A/C failed. I took the vehicle to Klaben to be repaired. My warranty has a $50 deductible but Klaben charged a $100 deductible. I went as high as Matt King to complain but rec'd only "I'll have to look into it" Apparently he didn't as there was no follow-up. The repair was done, but when it was time to replace my other Chrysler.......well, after 45 years of owning Chrysler, I bought other. More

Joe is very good about informing you regarding what services should be performed. He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair. More
I drive 45 minutes to come to Klaben! I have to start off by saying that I just moved to Medina from Toledo almost a year ago. I was having some issues with my Jeep back in May. I called around to the closest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships (Medina and Brunswick) and both dealerships told me that they couldn't get me in for at least two weeks. TWO WEEKS! That is insanity to me! I continued to try to find a dealer that could take care of me and I thankfully got in touch with Justin Stinnett at Klaben. He got me in that very same day....the VERY SAME DAY! I have also had some issues with the dealership in Medina regarding oil changes. Whenever I needed an oil change back home in Toledo I would just drive up to the dealership and they would see you right then and there. I tried doing this in Medina (because this is what I was used to) and I did not feel welcomed at all. I was told that "We might be able to squeeze you in. Come back in an hour." After my oil change in Medina I was told that service is by appointment only because they are understaffed. After the holidays I found myself in need of another oil change. I called Medina to set up an appointment (only because it is 5 minutes away from my home). I was in the middle of trying to make an appointment (that was scheduled 10 days out because that was the best they could do), when I was disconnected. I immediately called back, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. No one answered. I became so frustrated with the dealership in Medina that I called Justin at Klaben. Can you guess when he got me in for my oil change? THE VERY NEXT DAY! He is extremely professional. You see, I am a 27 year old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I am the kind of person who could easily be taken advantage of in situations like this, but Justin makes my entire experience go seamlessly from beginning to end. He makes me feel comfortable in a situation where I am unfamiliar. He is extremely personable, he remembers details about his clients, he is just an extremely genuine person. The level of professionalism from Justin and the entire staff at Klaben is honestly the reason why I drive 45 just to get an oil change. I will be a Klaben customer for as long as I live in this area. Justin Stinnett is to thank for that. More
