I came in to purchase my very first car on 5-6-24 and I had a wonderful experience! Duncan Simmons is the salesman that sold me my GMC Terrain. I of course being a first time car buyer had a lot of questio had a wonderful experience! Duncan Simmons is the salesman that sold me my GMC Terrain. I of course being a first time car buyer had a lot of questions and they were all answered and I left the place feeling confident in my decision. He helped me clean my trade in car out and get everything moved to my new car, took it to fill the tank, and made sure that I knew everything I needed to before leaving. Duncan was also very kind and considerate. Financial was also a wonderful experience. Tyson Yos was my financial guide and he explained everything in such detail that even someone who is terrible with numbers could understand. I appreciated that everyone took the time to answer my questions and to make sure I had a good first car buying experience! More

I worked with Salesman Alex Wood to find a SUV that was within budget. I initially notifed Alex I am staying closer to home. Alex informed me KMC delivers, I am within the delivery zone so we kept interact within budget. I initially notifed Alex I am staying closer to home. Alex informed me KMC delivers, I am within the delivery zone so we kept interacting by text. Alex agreed to honor the price as CarFax dropped the price by a considerable amount from what we agreed upon the day before. The price change became a 'Great Deal' as per Carfax metrics. I certainly made the right decision working through all the details with Alex rather than a local dealer of which there are several in and around Des Moines. The KMC digital presence is excellent. Their site compared to all the other dealers I looked is by far and away the easiest to navigate with access to all the information necessary to make a car buying decision. One extra bonus is I now have Sirrus XM back for no charge for a few months. In the car and on the app. All at no charge thanks to Alex and Kirksville Motor Company! More
