I bought a used 2011 equator and was very satisified with it. After seeing the 0% for 72 month offer on new vehicles, I deceided to upgrade to the 2012 equater. Kevin Zeitler was my sales professional for b it. After seeing the 0% for 72 month offer on new vehicles, I deceided to upgrade to the 2012 equater. Kevin Zeitler was my sales professional for both purchases, other that receiving less gas in my new purchase than I traded in I was very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Kevin as your next sales professional on the purchase of your new or used vehicle. More

Kevin was very accomodating. We showed up at the dealersip 20 minutes before closing and he stayed late. I could tell that he was exhausted yet he kept a smile on. The only dissapointment was not his fault. We traded in a vehicle that hat 3/4 of a tank of gas. (approx.$50.00 worth) and as we pulled out with our newly purchased vehicle, the gas light came on. We had to go to the closest station to fill it up. We do not try to "talk down" the price, I would expect them to be fair as well. More

Everyone is great. I had an issue with my other Suzuki and they handled that just great. Steve was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. My last new car was in 2000. I don't like sales people. This purchase was totally unexpected. I wasn't planning on trading in my 2009 SX4 as I loved the car and it had very low mileage. Your policy of keeping your customers informed of special sales events is what prompted me to come in and investigate trading up. I emailed first and Martina was very helpful in setting me up with an appointment for a Saturday morning. My salesman was Rich Smigiel. I truly feel KIPO has a great asset with Rich. I felt totally comfortable with him. He is very much a people person, thorough in his job, and assisted me in my decision making with his vast knowledge. It truly was a pleasurable experience and now I drive a 2012 SX4. I only hope someone comes along who will purchase my 2009 SX4 and realize what a great car they are getting from a great dealership who stands behind their product. More
I just purchased a new SX4. It is an absolutely wonderful vehicle and the price was great!! The sales manager, Gary, was extremely helpful in putting together a terrific deal.
