Bill and others at the dealership were very friendly and let us take our own time to evaluate and drive test drive the car before the purchase. The car was very clean and kept inside when we went to see it. Bill was very transparent (shared Carfax report that indicated minor incident) and did not in any way try to push us into buying the car. He was open to us taking the car for a pre-purchase evaluation (though I could take it to one being a saturday afternoon). The car was missing the antenna and Bill ordered it at the Richmond BMW dealership and I could pick it up 3 business days later at no extra cost. My wife and I have already taken the car on 2 short trips to the Shannandoah valley and the car drove great. All functions in the car worked as detailed in the advertisement. We highly recommend this dealership and will definitely visit again for any future car purschase. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Had I had been looking for a sporty luxury car for about a month and couldn't find anything that I liked until I came across the Kingstowne website. They I had been looking for a sporty luxury car for about a month and couldn't find anything that I liked until I came across the Kingstowne website. They had the car I wanted at a great price and eventually dropped the price a thousand dollars so I jumped on it. Unfortunately, someone beat me to the car and put a deposit down so I had to wait a couple days to get my turn. Eventually it came around so I wasn't going to let the car get away from me because its a rare car and I couldn't find another one anywhere. I had a trade in so they matched the price I got at Carmax and they allowed me to take the car to the dealership to get it inspected before purchase. They also financed the car through Chase for me and that process was the least stressful I've experienced. Overall, the entire process was a breeze and I was in and out in a couple hours. I still have 9 months left on the factory warranty and so far I'm extremely happy with car. I would recommend Kingstowne to anyone looking to get a quality used car at a decent price. More

I had been working with the same sales person my family has worked with there many times. My parents have bought many new BMWs from them so I expected great service. However, I was repeatedly insulted due to my age (I'm 22) and as I was on my way to the dealership to pick up the car it was sold out from under me... Needless to say I was livid and in need of a new vehicle. I went home and began searching for a quality newer model year BMW and came across one from Kingstowne, it was a 2011 which wasn't my first choice but it had the MSport package and it came with every option available for its model year. For thousands less then BMW of Fairfax was asking, I had to see for myself, for a similar car... Literally thousands less. I called and spoke to Sam who was very up front and honest. I had a trade and had been offered a very fair price by Fairfax and Kingstowne came as close as they could. Smaller dealership=smaller overhead. I totally understand that. I took the car for a test drive after a brief talk with Sam and the rest is history. I loved the Car. I loved the options, the color and everything. I was in and out in a matter of about 30 minutes after I decided its the one I wanted. I still have 14 months left on the warranty and 13k miles. Its been great so far, I have no complaints at all. I will be referring anyone I know who is in the market for a reasonably priced European car. I had great customer service, a streamline buying experience and a great quality product. A++ More

Finding the right one! Recently, I was looking for a newer Nissan Maxima (2011-2014) offering the luxuries of a Mercedes and the sport of my Z06 Vette. With a solid 3 month Recently, I was looking for a newer Nissan Maxima (2011-2014) offering the luxuries of a Mercedes and the sport of my Z06 Vette. With a solid 3 months of searching, I found many Maximas offering various trim packages (Sport Pkg, Technology Pkg, Cold Pkg, Premiium Pkg, Memory Pkg, etc.), but nothing with more than 2 or maybe 3 of these packages combined, until I clicked on an ad from Kingstowne Motors. I was pleasantly surprised to find them offering a 'Unicorn' of sorts, as I read the ad for their 2011 Maxima SV, which not only offered 2 or 3 trim packages...but ALL trim packages Nissan offered for this model year on this car!!! The only thing better was the odometer reading a mere 18K miles, still with warranty! Not knowing what I may find when I arrived, I had 2 other vehicles at neighboring dealers, just in case. I am pleased to say though, that Sam and his staff offered me a fair price for my trade, made things right for one mis-match tire that was currently on the car and in a very short time had me driving home in my new Maxima. I have purchased many, many, vehicles in my time, being an avid carshow enthusiest and gear-head, and I must say, they treated me VERY well. I would definitely buy from them in the future!
