He accommodated my every request, we saw eye to eye on such things as taking money off the sales price if I drove in and purchased instead of shipping. Staying 4 hours after close to accommodate my schedule. These things perhaps are simple in your world but in the general consumer world we have to bring boxing gloves to get what we want and this was not the case. It's not like walking into a high end dealership to say the least. But, when I looked over their inventory, I was really impressed. I had been searching for what is now an extinct 535i (or 550i) with a manual trans. I found the car advertised on AutoTrader. I showed up, had my initial shock about the facility itself, and then realized I found exactly what I was looking for at a price that was very fair. They really do have a very top notch inventory of great cars. Family shop. Good people. I was treated kindly and professionally. I imagine their low overhead allows them to sell for less. No hot espresso or plush couches like at the Ferrari shop, but you do get a great value on higher end vehicles. More

I live in Raleigh, NC and not remotely local, so buying a car I hadn't physically seen takes a good deal of trust. The large and detailed photos helped a great deal. Talking to Sam at length about the vehicle also put me at ease. He answered all my questions, got answers to the ones he didn't know offhand, and readily offered HONEST comments and opinions about the VW. He even told me that the previous owner had informed him that someone had backed into the vehicle in a parking garage and damaged the bumper. Because it was only minor damage, they had it fixed without going through insurance. As there wasn't an insurance record, the incident did not show on the CarFax. But Sam told me about it anyway because he wanted no surprises for me if I bought a plane ticket and flew up to buy the car. His demeanor was reassuring as were all the positive reviews online. This was an immaculate vehicle with low miles and was exactly what I was looking for (and believe me, I looked long and hard to find the right one). They treated me fairly and honestly and it was a good experience. How often can you say that about buying a car? I'm thrilled with the purchase, I LOVE the Touareg and I would recommend Kingstowne to anyone looking for a car without hesitation! More

I got the financing, the extended warranty and gap warranty in a breeze with a great rate. The vehicle passed inspection in VA but when I took it to BMW, they came up with a list of repairs: 4 rotors, braking pads on all wheels, lift pads and alignment. To tell the truth, I was quite surprise because having own BMW 7 series in the past, the 550I felt outstanding to me. When my kids asked me about the vehicle, I summarized it by telling them PBS! Power, Brakes and Suspension with the car were remarkable. However I went ahead to replace all the parts mentioned above and Bill charged the parts only. Labor was zero.! And all was done in one afternoon.The car passed MD inspection today without a hitch and I thank these great professionals for their dedication to make buying delightful. After researching my needs and what I could reasonably expect for my old car at trade, I went through my Buyer's Service to Kingstowne, an approved dealer. I looked at their inventory at their excellent Web site, and called "Sam" when I saw something I liked. My financing was pre-approved when I walked in the door of their unassuming offices in the midst of a semi-industrial block in Manassas. Including the test drive, I sealed the deal with these professionals in less than 2 hours and drove off with my low-mileage, previously owned vehicle. My spouse thinks I bought a sports car! The only gliche was when I hopped in the wrong car, a beautiful BMW, when I was leaving. That one is still there for the next customer. More
