Even after we bought the car, Kingstowne even helped us to tint the windows and to take care of service on the car. I highly recommend them! More

I needed a vehicle on short notice and came across this vehicle online - lo I had a great experience purchasing a fully loaded 2010 Ford Explorer XLT. I needed a vehicle on short notice and came across this vehicle online - low mileage and all of the exact features I wanted. It was about a 5 hours drive for me, and thankfully they offer options to hold vehicles for you (or they will even ship vehicles). This worked out perfectly for me. I found the vehicle online late at night and emailed the dealership, and surprisingly got an almost immediate response. After a few email exchanges overnight and an early morning phone call, I got all of my questions answered and we coordinated the vehicle hold, then I left right after work that afternoon. I was cutting the time close in terms of arriving at the dealership before they closed. The Salesman was very understanding and accommodating as I kept him updated on my arrival time and situation with the traffic. They waited for me after their closing hours, allowed the test drive, coordinated the sale, and even followed me to drop off my rental car! They were patient throughout the entire process even though it was late in the evening and after their closing hours. I have to say the service I received was above and beyond excellence. The only challenges were, after I got home, I had to buy a new battery and I noticed a tiny drip from the rear underbody, but I understand the risks of buying used vehicles as-is. Other than that, the vehicle is in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership and they are at the top of my list when the time comes for the next vehicle purchase! More

I contacted Shaun by phone and talked for about 5-10 minutes making the initial deal. I arrived at Kingstown Motorcars at 6:40 pm the same day with the car I wanted to trade and Shaun quickly set me up for a test drive. Within the same hour we had finished negotiating the deal, which I was extremely pleased with, and I was on my way home with my wife’s “Showroom Ready” Birthday present. Kingstown Motors has also taken care of minor corrections since taking the car home that night, which has made me an even more satisfied customer. I have been looking for 6 months for this car in my price range and Kingstowne Motors just so happened to have 2. But on my way to the dealership, the car I was trading in broke down not far from my destination. The owner of the dealership picked me up with one of the most beautiful cars I have ever rode in, A Mercedes Benz CL 65.
