Everything about it and the customer service we received when purchasing the car with Sean was unbelievable for a used car dealership. It seems like their success and impeccable customer service is all based on how honest and forthright they are. So long story short, we needed some routine service done on the Audi and took it to an Audi dealership. The estimate they quoted us was a little over $2,360 for brake pads, rotor replacement and a simple oil change. I called Sean to ask if they can recommend any location for me to take my Audi to and he stated that they now do Service as well. Needless to say, I took my car there after he gave me an estimate over the phone that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what the dealer was asking for. I saved several hundred dollars and the job they did and the turnaround was amazing! I will be taking my Audi there for all my future Service needs from now on!!! THANKS SEAN!!! More

Within 1 hour, I met the owners, completed a test drive and bought the car. Their process is fast and easy and the owners are sincere and trustworthy. The follow-up has been excellent as my 2003 BMW is now insured, registered and runs great.
