The cars are clean, exactly as describes online, and free of any surprises you might discover when buying used cars from other dealerships. Think about it, someone decides to sell their car because of certain faults they are tired of dealing with. Those cars end up on used lots because dealers are good at masking these issues. However you will discover them some time after your purchase. You can tell these guys specialize in selling cars that have been well taken care of and let go due to upgrades to newer models. Not because they have masked issues. I have had the pleasure of owning 3 vehicles from these guys and have been pleased with all of them. In addition to the product they deliver, the staff is friendly beyond my highest expectations. I come here because of the absence of the stereotypical used car dealership experience I have had in the past. This nice gentleman and beautiful soul named Billy, facilitates my transactions every time I deal with them. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, transparent, and most importantly, does not try to force a sale. The cars sell themselves from what I have seen so far, and I am grateful to have dealt with this nice gentleman in all 3 purchases I have made. Additionally, the facility is very clean, and luxurious. It is parallel to the unique machines they sell. I always thought it was funny to go view a high end car in a disgusting dealership that looked nothing like the place where the tires of the cars they sell would touch the same ground or even pass by. This place distinguishes itself from all other places of business I have seen and the transaction process is equally pleasant. More

Best car buying experience! Kingstowne MotorCars provided excellent service and I honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience. Most of my experiences buying car Kingstowne MotorCars provided excellent service and I honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience. Most of my experiences buying cars involved the salesman pushing extended warranties and extended service contracts. Sam, my salesman at Kingstowne MotorCars, asked asked about an extended warranty but did not push and respected my decision. Additionally, Kingstowne MotorCars took care of everything including an issue I had with a prior lender involving a lien on my trade in even though the loan had been settled. The car was in great condition and Sam even let me take the car on test drive alone (a first for me). I just took in the car to a BMW dealership for maintenance and the car passed with flying colors. I honestly knew the car was great since it drove, looked, and even smelled new. I can't recommend Kingstowne MotorCars enough. More
