I was assisted for hours as they guided me by asking which models I was interested in, the price range I was looking at, allowing me to test drive cars, and much more in order to meet my needs. I originally found the car through an online search and showed up unannounced one day to test drive. Great customer service. I ended up test driving on 2 separate occasions, and they allowed me to take it for a pre-purchase inspection (to Autoscandia in Reston). Like most people, when buying a used car there is a shred of doubt in the back of your mind wondering about truth in advertising and if you're really getting what you think you're getting, but I no longer have that doubt. They allowed me to do what I needed to do to be comfortable making the purchase. Now 6 months and 10k miles later, the car is doing great. More

Top Notch Service This is a dealer that was recommended by a friend to us as we were shopping for a used vehicle. We walked in and was quickly greeted by Sam. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and allowed us to test drive them all. Once we had had the car we liked, we sat down with Sam to go over financing and pricing. Sam did a great job letting us know our finance options and along with the remaining car warranty and Specs. During the test drive, we noticed minor things that were missing in the car (Rear car shade hooks). He told us he would replace for us no issues. We ended up purchasing the car at a great price and are happy with our purchase. Sam and Ali did a great job from start to finish of our car buying process. They called me to follow up and see if I received my License plates/registration in mail. I will be a repeat customer and will refer my friends and family to shop with them for any car needs.
