Their selection of luxury sedans and coupes was impressive for a Pre-owned dealership, the staff was very relaxed, no pressure; for a test drive I was given the keys and told to have fun which showed me a high level of trust. The over all experience was very smooth only experience I had that was not 5 star was the delivery of the vehicle; could have been more thorough. I would definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for a nice luxury sedan or coupe. More

I was looking for a late model Audi S5 with a very particular option package. I started at my local Audi dealer and went from there. I looked for over 2 months when I found the only one for sale on the internet at Kingstowne MotorCars in Manassas, VA. I contacted Sam at Kingstowne as well as doing my own research through CarFax etc. My questions about the car, its shape and the reported damage were answered honestly enough for me to travel across the country to see and test drive the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, the car was exactly as portrayed. After a careful inspection (this is my 4th Audi) and test drive (had my checklist from the dealer as to what to look for), I decided this was what I was looking for. As for price, there was no haggling necessary as I knew what I was getting and felt the price was fair. I had arranged my own financing and had it in the wings so fter a quick call to my lender, Sam and his team organized all the paperwork and we completed the transaction inside of 30 min. Knigstowne arranged to have my car shipped to me for a very fair price (I've done this a few times too!) and I was back home for dinner. In wandering around the Kingstowne lot, it is obvious they only offer cars that meet a fairly high standard. There were lots of Audi rings on S4's and 5's, lots of Benz's and Beemers plus some cherry Infiniti's and a very nice Viper so they know their market well. I'm not a fan of used car dealers but felt like I was treated with respect and more importantly, not given a line just to get a sale. I'd highly recommend Kingstowne to the discerning buyer looking for a newer used performance oriented car. Alan C, Vail, CO More
