Worst customer service The only person at that service center that has taken my calls and been customer friendly is Wayne. The managers told me I would have a loaner car and I got there and they had to scramble a used Honda Civic off the lot for me to take. This was the third visit for the same issue I have been dealing with on a vehicle I purchased there a few months back. I would never recommend anyone at any time to even consider going to look for a vehicle at Kings Volkswagen. That place only cares about their pockets. More

Regular service - quick turn around We received our usual service on our Passat. I was able to get in and out quickly, and I was thankful for the promptness and friendliness of the staff We received our usual service on our Passat. Was quite disappointed a couple days later to find the cap for the AdBlue laying in the trunk with the cover next to it. Subsequently, AdBlue splashed out onto the carpet and items in the trunk. More
Excellent Service Service departments can make a woman feel like an unwelcomed visitor in a mans world. Kings never makes me feel this way. Experience was nice Bryan knew his stuff about the car Bryan my car salesman was the perfect no pressure working WITH YOU from start to end he defintley knew his stuff about the car. I really enjoyed working with him because he wasn't your average car salesman where they say "this is a key and it turns it on'. CONS: they had their used car manager test drive my trade in they where revving the xxxx out of it. He didn't really care about us at all (probably playing spider cell and we interrupted him when we came in which is why he didn't have anything to do with me). When I was starting to leave thats when he came out and said is there anything I can do for you and than you for buying. HE NEEDS SOCIAL SKILLS. More

Evidently the mechanics didn't think I needed it but it had been 10,000 miles since last perfor The shop didn't perform the tire rotation I paid for. Evidently the mechanics didn't think I needed it but it had been 10,000 miles since last performed, and they charged me for the work. I notified the Service Adviser who apologized, got the work done, and refunded my rotation payment for their error and my inconvenience. The Service Manager called me the next day, apologized, and said he had addressed the issue with his team and did not believe this was something that happened regularly. More
