He answers all of our questions about our service needs. We also adore Chris Davis. Choosing a new car takes so much time and it is such a huge decision. I always feel uncomfortable around salespeople because in my past experience I have dealt with many high pressured ones. Chris made us feel comfortable. He gave us time alone to discuss our budget and he he wasn't pushy. At one point he introduced us to his manager Ian, and once again they allowed us to make up our own mind. They were courteous, friendly and just all around great people. We spoke with several other service people and they were all nice. The great customer service is what keeps us coming back. I've only had positive experiences with VW. Also, I love my Jetta TDI. I really hate giving up my car, but I'm looking so forward to getting to know my new 2017 Tiguan! More

Every time I need service of any type, they far exceed my expectations. I worked in Customer Service for Macy's for almost 30 years as the Director of Customer Feedback so I totally understand the good, the bad and unfortunately the ugly. I generally ask to speak with SCOTT SKEETER JOHNSON who is EXCELLENT and when he is not available I work with WAYNE WELDY who is also excellent. These 2 gentlemen are Customer Service STARS in every aspect because they are so knowledgeable, patient, kind and have a tremendous sense of urgency as well as a true respect for their customers!!! Great Service Dept I stopped by because of a leaky heater core without an appointment. The service dept was very friendly and told me to leave my car and they gave me a I stopped by because of a leaky heater core without an appointment. The service dept was very friendly and told me to leave my car and they gave me a "loaner" to drive. It was over the Thanksgiving weekend and Monday they called and said the car was ready. Had recall service done 2016 GTI had recall issued by VW, Kings did the service which involved dropping the gas tank. They were fast, it was finished in about an hour and a half. Been a week now, nothing has blown up or made scary sounds, so guess I'm good to go. Service rep Wayne is cool, and will take care of you. He even smiled a couple of times. More than I can say for the guy sitting next to him! While we waited, my wife and I toured the ultra-nice showroom and chatted with a salesman about the sweet convertible bug on the floor. Wife loved it, and the dark pink color, with black roof. Salesman was friendly, gave us his card, and did not try to remove our internal organs. We appreciated that! More
