Bill Bell was a very helpful salesman. Worst experience ever. When I asked questions, the front desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 5 desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 500 bucks from my pocket. I just walked away as my questions weren’t answered. More
Kaitlin is very professional. She made my wife and I feel like part of the VW family from our first visit. She is knowledgeable of the different vehicles and explained the features of the ones we were intere like part of the VW family from our first visit. Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the s than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the situation, he received 0 understanding. We asked them to look at this issue last august when we were in for an oil change. They refused. my husband explained a few other issues we r had the the gentleman on the phone started being very rude and nasty. You would expect the dealer you bought your certified pre owned car from would want to help any way they can. Extremely unsatisfied. More
