Horrible experience from the start. Went in to buy a brand new Tacoma at the end of 2017. The sales team was lax my sales man said this wouldn’t take long it ended up taking 7 hours. The salesman was on brand new Tacoma at the end of 2017. The sales team was lax my sales man said this wouldn’t take long it ended up taking 7 hours. The salesman was on Facebook more than doing his job. I drove home within a few days the truck had a noise in the driveline. Back to toyota they ended up installing a new transfer case from another lax service staff That took nearly two weeks. The free oil changes take forever. I paid for a tire rotation and all 4 of my wheels and lugnuts were heavily damaged. When I went back to talk with the manager I was accused by her that the damage was done by me!! I explained that I would not be here if I had done it myself. They set me up with a local shop to repair my wheels. The manager at the wheel repair shop told me they will come to my place of work to repair my wheels. The tech they told me to contact tells me I have to bring it to him. If you want a good “Toyota” experience I recommend dealing 100% with a different dealership from the beginning. Horrible service, horrible customer relations. Horrible experience every time I walk through the door. More

First walking in Dave was a great sales manager he was patient he worked with my budget and had me in and out within hours. I noticed after two days that my car seemed as if it has something pulling on the gear shift when getting on the highway, going up hills, and sometimes just driving in general that car will slow down as if it not getting enough gas then just takes off really fast. So i called this morning April 6,2020 and the first gentlemen i spoke with was very rude and nasty and lied and told me Dave was in a meeting and couldn't talk. Dave called me back after 2 minutes and was just as rude he didn't look up my car he didn't even let me finish my story he just cut me off and said there was nothing they could do because the issue of the car pulling was never reported so he isn't sure the only advice he could give was for me to take it to a ship and have it looked over. More
They tried to rip me off! My service experience was eye opening. Next I was told I had to wait 60-90 minutes for a oil change, when I had an appointment. I was told I needed a cabin filter replaced. Never again, I found out it cost $40 for labor! That is twice the cost of the filter. It takes about 5 minutes to replace, so I'll do it myself. After replacing the filter I'm then told I need a new battery. I purchased a 5 year battery from Kings in 2014 and that battery was replaced May 2017. Now they said the replacement battery is bad. I said no. I went to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and it is good, right down the middle of the battery indicator's green zone good. I can't trust Kings after this experience. More

I even had one service out of state to comply May my next car after a lifetime of Toyota cars will be a Subaru! More

I bought a car 7 days ago the engine light went on today $1000 to fix and he tells me “what you want us to fix your car, not my problem mama the car was fine when you bought it.” And I have the warranty and live 30 mins away he told me they would look at it for $130 but it was my car and my dime to pay for. Never would I have bought a car for my 16 year old here had I known they treated people like this. I should have known when I asked the salesman to show us the features of the car and he said he wasn’t sure would have to UTube them. Really the Bluetooth still doesn’t work. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
Kings Toyota Treats You Like Royalty I realize people have different experiences with vendors, but Kings has always been 95%+ w/me. I LOVED my salesperson - knowledgeable, professional, & personable (purchased car 5 yrs ago). The service is easy to schedule - always timely and thorough. The last service had a free rental special, and since it was supposed to be a few hrs, I took advantage of getting some shopping done - they were done over an hr sooner than expected. But, I enjoy their service lounge area - ALWAYS clean. Yesterday went in to check tire pressure and one serviceman filled them. While waiting, I asked another about a fuse issue re my charger: he told me about a 2nd one in the console storage I never knew I had; showed me where the fuse was located; showed me where to find the tool to facilitate removal of old/insertion new fuse. While hood was up, another guy noticed my window washer fluid was low, and topped it. All this service, and NO CHARGE! And, most impressive ... was done with a friendly, great attitude. Kings truly treats me like royalty, and I plan to continue going to Kings as long as I live in this area. (I wish I had gotten the names of the 3 gentlemen that assisted me - Kings should be aware those little acts of kindness reaps huge rewards in loyal customers and positive references.) More

I requested my free oil change....they removed the existing oil but got busy and forgot to put new oil in! These people are overpriced, over arrogant and completely incompetent. More

My New Rav4 I just purchased my second SUV from Kings Toyota and my first from Ian Tabor. The deal was fair and the process was easy. I received a fair price for my trade in and a great price on the new RAV4. When my 2001 Lexus finally quits running I will be back at Kings looking for yet another great deal on a new SUV! More
