Buying a new car can be such a hassle especially at some dealerships and with some salesman. Years ago a freind of mine recommeneded that I give Joe Heckler a try at Kings Toyota. I did and I have never regretted it, in fact my family has bought four cars from him since then. Joe is a no-nonsense, no hassle type of salesman. No stories about make believe discounts, no silly sales games, no mangers to deal with, just straight up pricing that is the best in town. And Joe makes sure you get what you want and not what they want to move off the lot. He definitely makes the car buying experience a much more enjoyable process. He is quite thorough in making sure the car fits your budget and your needs. He offers good recommendations and is knowledgeable about the cars they have to sell. All considering I dont think you will find a better car salesman anywhere. More

Ryan offered to help us while we waited for the "internet" salesperson, who was too busy to help at the time. He did this, even though he would not share in the commission. Turns out, we loved him and decided to go with him. My daughter and I both bought cars that day, and we took along my sister and my granddaughter, and he dealt wonderfully with all of us. I felt like there was no bull slinging, and I felt we both had the same objective--for each of us to have a good deal and for the dealership to make a fair profit as well. I feel like our goals were met. Service was beyond compare. EVERYTHING was done for us, including Ryan personally pre-setting our Satellite radios and connecting our phones to Bluetooth. He also helped me empty my old car and helped put everything in the new car--and it was raining while he was doing it. I cannot speak too highly about Ryan. I will go to him forever. Thank you to the dealership as well. They whisked us through all the paperwork and had us out of there much faster than I anticipated. It was all a win-win situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
I have been purchasing/leasing Toyota vehicles from Kings Toyota, for two (2) reasons: (1) I really like the Toyota vehicles; and (2) I have purchased or leased vehicles from Joe Heckler for over (20) years. Toyota, for two (2) reasons: (1) I really like the Toyota vehicles; and (2) I have purchased or leased vehicles from Joe Heckler for over (20) years. For me, Joe has made each and every visit and purchase/lease of all of my Toyota vehicles, the most painless and easy transaction with which I have ever been involved. He always asks how me and my family are are doing. Because of Joe, his professionalism, demeanor, and always making me feel comfortable with the business transaction, including his knowledge of the product, me and my family have purchased well over (12) vehicles in the last (20) years from Joe. Joe knows me family well, and always knows our Toyota needs. Hands down, Joe Heckler is the best Sales Associate with which I have ever had the privilege to work. Joe is the main reason I continue to choose to purchase or lease Toyota vehicles, and will continue to do so in the future. Please hold on to Joe Heckler as an employee as long as you can!!! When he retires, I may choose to go elsewhere. Thanks for everything over the last (20) years. More

Jim Gray is an awesome sales professional. His friendless and product knowledge made a great impression on me. I can't remember the name of the finance manager but getting me a refund on my gap insurance fro and product knowledge made a great impression on me. Mike was extremely helpful with all of the variables we were trying to pin down. Though we did not end up with our first choice (a Rav4 with 3rd row seating), it was not due to Mike's "lack of trying". were trying to pin down. Toyota (I assume at a corporate level) has chosen to not distribute Rav4s with 3rd-row seating in our area, perhaps because corporate assumes they will not sell well. However, if you do not even have one within 200 miles to show customers, they will not sell at all. The only way we could get a 3rd-row Rav4 was to basically buy it sight unseen (with additional restrictions). In the end, it was just too difficult to pursue. Despite this, Mike was able to accomplish our goal of getting a Rav4. While the negotiated price was less than ideal (Mike does not control that process), we did agree on the model, options, and finally price. A note about the small SUV design --- we have owned Hondas and Toyotas for the last 20+ years, and this new Rav4 is replacing an older Honda CRV. The reason we only looked at the Toyota Rav4 is that it is the only SUV with a side-hinged rear door (i.e., not a rear top-hinged lift-style door). We would urge Toyota to continue this engineered style. More

I moved to Michigan 2 years ago but still made my husband drive back to Cincinnati to purchase our latest new car because I trust Joe, always receive an honest and fair answer to pricing and questions, and continue to be offered support long after the purchase with any questions that arise.
