I really felt like I knew him and was really great dealing with him. I knew pretty much what I wanted another Rav4 and the color. That day when I left they were already starting on the paper work and would have the car ready the next day. I drove in my old Rav4 and picked up the new, it was the fastest, smoothest transaction ever. Thanks to the people at Kings Toyota and especially Jim Gray. Kings Toyota deserves an A+ in its repeat customer service which it was lacking before. Kings Toyota is not even close to where I live but keep going back because I like them and the selection is larger. Toyota of Cincinnati is a lot closer but I will never go in there again, they should be shut down. More

When I walked into Kings Toyota I was going through the motions to be certain I had made the right choice on ANOTHER car. So I drove the Rav4 and pretty much to my amazement I fell in love with it. After 2 days of haggling with the other dealership for the small SUV I thought I wanted, my mind was exhausted at the thought of having to start over...good thing I didn't have to. From start to finish my buying experience was calm and easy...no haggling involved. Christina, my salesperson, was upfront about the price. No starting with what 'payment I could afford' angle, which pleased me to no end. So I walked in to buy and in no time at all the transaction was done. I have never purchased such a big ticket item so easy and hassle free in my 52 years. So, would I recomment Kings Toyota and Christina Richmond to my friends? The answer is a resounding YES! But...the service didn't stop there. A few weeks ago, nearly 3 months after my purchase, I locked my keys in my car at a nearby grocery store. Somewhat panicked I called Kings and relayed my dilema. The person answering the phone said 'let me transfer you to Christine, I believe she's here and might be able to help you'. Christine called the service department hoping to cut a new key for me, but they had just closed. So she offered to pick me up herself, drive me home to get my spare key and drive me back to my car. Can't say enough good things about Kings Toyota and the service we received when purchasing a new vehicle especially our sales associate Bruce Blackburn. We have to say this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door and Bruce introduced himself it simply was a breeze. We knew what we were looking for in a new car and Bruce pointed us straight to it. We were in a rush that morning as we had a family function to attend and were running late. Bruce and the management at Kings Toyota said no worries, come back at 4:00 and your car will be ready to pick up. I bought several cars from him for my family and myself, as well as handful of my friends. He gives me great advice when I look for a car, and do not hesitate to point out any known problems on used cars. as well as handful of my friends. (Often it is really hard to find those problem buy just test driving once, but he knows more about the car from the tech people who inspect the car, etc.) I can comfortably send my friends to go buy a car from him without worrying about them buying bad car for high price. He can also sell any toyota new cars, as well as used cars from other dealerships in same groups. I highly recommend him if you need buy a new car. More

I went to Kings Toyota already knowing what vehichle I wanted to purchase and Mr. Ihle put me in sales person, this is "Why" I rated him so highly.
