We have to say this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door and Bruce introduced himself it simply was a breeze. We knew what we were looking for in a new car and Bruce pointed us straight to it. We were in a rush that morning as we had a family function to attend and were running late. Bruce and the management at Kings Toyota said no worries, come back at 4:00 and your car will be ready to pick up. Bruce was good as gold and sure enough we were on our way home by 4:30 with our brand new vehicle. Thanks so much Bruce and all of the management at Kings Toyota. You all were exceptional! More

I bought several cars from him for my family and myself, as well as handful of my friends. (Often it is really hard to find those problem buy just test driving once, but he knows more about the car from the tech people who inspect the car, etc.) I can comfortably send my friends to go buy a car from him without worrying about them buying bad car for high price. I went to Kings Toyota already knowing what vehichle I wanted to purchase and Mr. Ihle put me in sales person, this is "Why" I rated him so highly. He is quite thorough in making sure the car fits your budget and your needs. He offers good recommendations and is knowledgeable about the cars they have to sell. Ryan offered to help us while we waited for the "internet" salesperson, who was too busy to help at the time. He did this, even though he would not share in the commission. Turns out, we loved him and decided to go with him. My daughter and I both bought cars that day, and we took along my sister and my granddaughter, and he dealt wonderfully with all of us. I felt like there was no bull slinging, and I felt we both had the same objective--for each of us to have a good deal and for the dealership to make a fair profit as well. I feel like our goals were met. Service was beyond compare. EVERYTHING was done for us, including Ryan personally pre-setting our Satellite radios and connecting our phones to Bluetooth. He also helped me empty my old car and helped put everything in the new car--and it was raining while he was doing it. I cannot speak too highly about Ryan. I will go to him forever. Thank you to the dealership as well. They whisked us through all the paperwork and had us out of there much faster than I anticipated. It was all a win-win situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More
