I was not sure when, I would purchase a new car, I just knew that I wanted to purchase a new car in the near future. I went to three dealerships in all and found that my salesman Chris Vanderveer was the knew that I wanted to purchase a new car in the near future. On a recent trip to look at cars my wife and I went to Kings toyota. We were looking at new cars in the lot when Bruce introduced himself to us. He informed us that their cars were stored inside the showr Kings toyota. We were looking at new cars in the lot when Bruce introduced himself to us. He informed us that their cars were stored inside the showroom. After giving us a breif history of the facility he asked us what type of vehical we were interested in. He took us to the area where the 7 passenger suvs were kept and and explained options and features on different models. Our plan was to finance a new car through a credit union so we needed buyers invoices to take to the credit union. Bruce provided us with several invoices and answered all of our questions while providing us some time to talk amongst ourselves. We then informed Bruce that we were going to look at other dealerships and he gave us his card and didn't pressure us into buying a car from him. After going to several other dealers and receiving some terrible service we decided to go back to toyota mainly because of the customer service Bruce showed us. We ended up buying a 4 Runner that day and didn't finance through the credit union but went with toyota financing. In past experiences the hard sell comes when you go in to sign the paperwork. I went in expecting John Gonzalas to try and sell us options and warranties ect. but he never did. The only thing he tried to sell us was gap insurance if our insurer didn't offer it. It was a remarkably easy and pleasant experience. Iwill definately go bsck and recommend this dealership to freinds. More

As a new college grad, I had never experienced the feeling or dimensions of purchasing a new car for the first time in my life. It can take a lot of pressure trying to pick out the right color, determ feeling or dimensions of purchasing a new car for the first time in my life. It can take a lot of pressure trying to pick out the right color, determine which car has the best gas mileage, or just overall lifetime performance. However, when entering King's Toyota for the first time to browse around, I was so comfortable with the enviroment and the knowledge of the staff that I made my choice right then and there. I want to thank King's Toyota for the hospitality they offered and the confidence they gave me in my making my choice. As for now, the drive from downtown and back is much more enjoyable than I would have ever expected and if I were to need anything from here on, there wouldn't be a doubt in my mind King's Toyota would be there to help. More

He was the most friendly and down-to-earth salesperson that we have ever dealt with. Tony was very patient as we test drove a number of cars in the showroom. He answered all of our many questions, but we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into buying. Tony listened to our specific needs and helped us choose the right car for us while staying within our budget. We are very pleased with our experience at Kings' Toyota and our new Camry. We recommended your dealership (and Tony) to a family member and she now drives a new Camry, too. More

My husband and I had a great experience shopping for a new car. The sales person, Bruce Blackburn, was friendly and courteous, as well as very knowledgeable, answering our questions satisfactorily. Most of all he dealt with us honestly that my husband and I decided to buy the vehicle, the Highlander 2011 make. In addition, the finance person was also friendly and accommodating up to the last minute (the following day) when my husband requested for some adjustment to one of the additional costs. All in all we enjoyed shopping with you at Kings Toyota and so far we are very happy with the performance of the new car. More
My sales representative, Geoff Sidlow, was exceptional from the beginning, of the end of my previous lease. He followed up, and answered, all of my questions and concerns regarding lease turn-in and conti from the beginning, of the end of my previous lease. He followed up, and answered, all of my questions and concerns regarding lease turn-in and continuing, to again, lease with Toyota. He kept in constant communication with me until the day I returned my 2009 Camry. I was a bit insistant that my new lease be as painless as my previous one. He made that happen! I was happily suprised to have the car that I wanted waiting for me when I walked through the dealership doors. I was in and out in about a hour. Bravo! Many thanks and future success to Geoff. More
