We really loved working with Bruce. We came in looking for a sienna, expecting our third baby and Bruce really took care of us. Bruce showed us several models of the sienna van, allowed us time to take a test drive, and also time to leave and think about things for a few weeks. We truly appreciated the "no rush" and "no push" hard sell that really intimidated us coming into the process. It's a lot of money to spend, on a purchase that we'd have for several years carrying our family from here, there to everywhere. We wanted the time and space to figure out if this was right for us. Bruce gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. He was amazing during the purchasing process. He was very available when we called him and open and honest in answering every question we threw his way. We're thankful we had him!!
