I stopped by Kings Toyota one afternoon to look at their selection of vehicles not thinking I would be able to get a fair deal but Dwayne made my car buying experience the best one that I have ever had! I purchased a used vehicle Friday afternoon from Kings Toyota in "as-is" condition after receiving an email from Greg that listed the items that were found during the service check & that were repaired as Toyota in "as-is" condition after receiving an email from Greg that listed the items that were found during the service check & that were repaired as agreed when I put my deposit down. His email also said "the rest all good." Saturday afternoon I tried to open the passenger side window & it wouldn't open. I also tried the DVD system which was one of the main reasons for purchasing the Honda Odyssey, that doesn't work either. I called & emailed Greg immediately and when I heard back from him several hours later, he said he would speak to the Sales Manager. I spoke to Chris Owen a few times Saturday evening and after being talked down to by him as to when I was going to take ownership, I was told the dealer would not fix these items that were obviously broken when we bought it. We take responsibility for not trying the front window or dvd system - when they said it was going through the Toyota service department, we thought everything would be checked. We were told only after the fact that only "safety" & "mechanical" options were checked. When only 2 windows open in a van, I would consider a non-working window a safety issue if I had to escape w/ my 3 children! There is the 3 day exchange policy, but only if you have something of equal to or less than vehicle available, which you don't. Chris finally offered to (quite conveniently) have it checked by your service department today, then I could use my "coupon" for 50% off of service...I asked for everything in writing from the Chris Saturday & have not heard back.He assured me he would send me an email yesterday when he got into the showroom. I wanted it in writing that since today is the 3rd day, I will not miss out on the opportunity to exchange this vehicle if the opportunity presents itself or that I will held accountable if my mileage is over 300 miles since I live in northern Kentucky. It is now 11:00 on Monday morning and I have yet to hear from him as to scheduling a "service" visit. I have purchased cars from both dealers and private owners over the years and this is honestly the worst experience I've ever had. As I told Chris, $7000 may not seem like a lot to him, but to my family, it is. That is all we can pay for a safe, reliable vehicle for our family - I can't pay for additions after the fact. We wanted the Honda Odyssey EX-L because of all the amenities it offered - leather seating & DVD system. Greg has been very friendly and helpful during this process, but after the deal was done, we've received horrible customer service & feel we have been taken. If something broke after we brought it home or if we had been made aware of it during the sale, we would understand, but this is just plain old scamming. I find it hard to believe that 2 major items would "break" within 24 hours. I understand purchasing a vehicle "as-is" but only when it's the vehicle I was told I would be getting. As the largest Toyota dealer in the nation, I would expect much more from your team - not the arrogance I was given. More

We came to the dealership not really expecting to be able to make a deal but we were looking to downsize (and up-mileage!) from our Ford Explorer Sport Trac. We explained our situation to Ryan Fink and despite the place being busier than any dealership I've dealt with before he was more than willing to sit down and run the numbers with us. He was able to work some monetary voodoo and we wound up with the exact Matrix we had seen online. And thanks to Ryan's efforts we actually wound up with a lower mmonthly payment than we came in with and that included the Toyota bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years. Although the weather was beautiful it was nice to be able to browse and look the car over inside. Everyone we dealt with was great and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us close the deal. Thanks to all at Kings Toyota for a great experience! More
I was buying a new car for the first time and was feeling overwhelmed after going from dealership to dealership. My last stop for the day was Kings Toyota. If I had went here first I would not have went anywhere else. My sales guy Bruce Blackburn right from the start made me feel at ease. Bruce made the process very easy. He was upfront and direct about everything. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable and over all just made it a great experience for me. I purchased a Scion XB and I absolutely love it! Everyone I worked with at Kings Toyota, from Bruce to finance to service was very friendly and helpful. We have been buying our vehicles from Kings Toyota for 10+ years. We have purchased five vehicles within the last two years. This is the best dealership in the city as far as we are concerned. Steve is a role model for the company and for us. He is cordial,personable, and we always feel like we are "special customers" when we deal with him. There is no "high pressure" selling and we always feel very comfortable when purchasing a new car. We will always use Kings Toyota for our vehicle needs, and we will always deal with Steve! In short, Mike Rutherford and Kings Toyota made my purchase of the 2012 Prius C and excellent experience. I had come from another local dealer earlier in the day and had a terrible experience, but Mike was quick to approach me and was very helpful in getting me the car that I wanted. Kings Toyota didn't have the trim level that I wanted? Not a problem for Mike who quickly found the exact car that I wanted and made a trade with the dealer for it. One week time constraint? Again, Mike had no problem in getting my car to me and getting me financed and out the door within 5 days. Mike took time to make sure that I understood everything about my car and the service package I was getting and called me the next day to ask to see if there was anything that he could do for me. Being a graduate student, I have come to expect car salesmen to turn me away, as I admittedly do not carry the biggest checking account in the world, but Mike was simply excellent in making me feel like a valued customer. He is an excellent salesman and I would prefer to do business with him and his associates in the future. Thanks Mike and Kings Toyota for an EXCELLENT buying experience. More
