We have been buying our vehicles from Kings Toyota for 10+ years. We have purchased five vehicles within the last two years. This is the best dealership in the city as far as we are concerned. In short, Mike Rutherford and Kings Toyota made my purchase of the 2012 Prius C and excellent experience. I had come from another local dealer earlier in the day and had a terrible experience, but Mik purchase of the 2012 Prius C and excellent experience. Kings Toyota didn't have the trim level that I wanted? Not a problem for Mike who quickly found the exact car that I wanted and made a trade with the dealer for it. One week time constraint? Again, Mike had no problem in getting my car to me and getting me financed and out the door within 5 days. Mike took time to make sure that I understood everything about my car and the service package I was getting and called me the next day to ask to see if there was anything that he could do for me. Being a graduate student, I have come to expect car salesmen to turn me away, as I admittedly do not carry the biggest checking account in the world, but Mike was simply excellent in making me feel like a valued customer. First off im a very dificult customer because I very strongly prefer manuel transmission vehicles but thats no excuse for not knowing whats on a lot. The salesman we had met with was named Carl Rinaldi, strongly prefer manuel transmission vehicles but thats no excuse for not knowing whats on a lot. The salesman we had met with was named Carl Rinaldi, he had no clue of what was on his lot witch is fixable of walking around but the quality of the cars on the lot I question the first vehicle I drove was an FJ cruiser witch was nice but looking under the hood not all of the fluids were toped off or full. The second one we drove was a ford ranger immediatly when I got in it I had noticed that aftermarket cruise control had been added when the truck had cruise from the factory TO me thats fisy that the truck has problems no thanks. After some walking around I spotted a Pt cruiser witch i have one and love the car but this Pt cruiser had never been cleaned or had any maintaince done on it. You dont put a dirty car on the lot like that that just shows the dealer doesnt care even if it might have problems or etc. All the cheaper cars had no attempt at a good cleaning THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! More
