I found an vehicle on line that I was interested in. Sent in an email and received an almost immediate reply from Greg. He was wonderful to work with. I visited Joe for my new Prius purchase on the advice of my ex-husband and son who were in the dealership a few weeks ago for the same purpose. When I rode in my son's new Prius, I was sold on all aspects of this vehicle (except how it looks). So I stopped in this evening and met with Joe. This was by FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. I almost felt like Joe would be fine whether I bought the car or not. He answered my questions, treated me with respect as if I knew what I was talking about, and offered me honest advice. He basically let me drive the boat. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision tonight or buy more car than I needed. I felt very fortunate to not have to hear the usual bull that car salesmen so often feed customers. He understood my needs with what I could spend on the car I wanted and worked diligently with the numbers and financing to make the deal work for me. Michael was knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all of my questions. I had recently met with another sales representative at another dealership who was pushy and made me uncomfortable but Michael made me feel at ease and showed that he was not just interested in selling me a car but was also interested in me getting the car I wanted.
