I tied up my whole day to take a trip out to look at the car I took a week of negotiations through email with Fred McGhee. I gave him the max I could pay which was $139 a month, which didn't include sales tax, he said tack on another $12-15 a month. I made it clear that I couldn't make a down payment and put no money up front. He agreed that we could make the $151 a month with nothing up front on a Corolla Le. So we get in there and he walked us over to your Corolla section and said let me grab a monthly price for you. Why would he have to negotiate a price, when he said he could already do $151 a month! He came back with $231 a month, so we questioned him on why he quoted us $151 and he said you have to pay the deposit, the first month payments, and tax on top of all of this! This was all expected up front, which he never mentioned anything about over email! When we told him we were going to continue driving our other car, because the price wasn't right, he turned around and walked away. Not once trying to save a sale! My two brothers and I were looking all to lease Toyota's, but after this, we will surely not be giving Toyota our business. You are running a dishonest business and I would never recommend this dealership to any of our friends. First experience with a large dealership Prior to visiting Kings Toyota we had always dealt with small, local dealerships but because we were unsure what we wanted to get to replace our curre Prior to visiting Kings Toyota we had always dealt with small, local dealerships but because we were unsure what we wanted to get to replace our current Mercury Van, we went to Kings Auto Mall and visited a couple of dealerships. As soon as we entered King's Toyota we were greeted by Eric Driscoll. We found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He patiently handled all of our questions well and explained all the features of the various models giving us a good base for making a decision. Never did he give the slightest pressure and was always very helpful. Both my wife and I were impressed with his knowledge of the Toyota Sienna and his skills as a salesman. Eric made our experience enjoyable and one I look forward to repeating. Today I had some extra's installed and found dealing with Heidie Mowery pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Kings Toyota and definitely Eric Driscoll to anyone wanting to acquire a vehicle. Kudos to the dealership for excellent service and excellent employees. We are very pleased with our new Sienna XLE and continue to find more reasons to like it. More

On 4/27/2014, I called the dealership and inquired about at specific vehicle which happened to be a 2014 Toyota Corolla S Premium which was the only vehicle with the options I wanted at this dealership. I spoke with Fred and told him that my husband and I were coming from Dayton, Ohio which is about 45 mins - 1 hour away. I also told him that we wanted to work numbers on the vehicle because we were in the market to purchase immediately. With that being said I told Fred to grab the keys to the vehicle and hold it as my husband and I were en route to the dealership as we spoke. Fred told me Okay. I was extremely happy until I got to the dealership. My husband and I walk in and I recognize Fred by his name tag and I told him, "Hi, I am Jenna, I spoke to you about the Corolla, We are ready to start crunching some numbers." He replies to me, "Yes and it is sold, we just put it on the board 5 mins ago." I was absolutely flabbergasted. How in the world does a dealership find it okay to let someone travel an hour out of their way to purchase a vehicle and then turn around and sell it from underneath them? I expressed my frustrations to one of the sales managers who tells me. "Well I'm sorry, We hear that all the time and people never show up. Look around and see if their is another vehicle that you like and I promise I will make it worth your while." Ok RULE OF THUMB: Out of town customers have priority because of travel!!!!!!! The car should have been held. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

He was completely knowledgeable about the cars we were interested, answered all our questions and followed up with us after the sale to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. As I and my fiancé browsed each lot we were expectedly bombarded by the hungry salesmen lurking around. When we stopped at Kings Auto Mall and stumbled through Kings Toyota I had no idea what I was looking for. I was so inexperienced. Eric Kallmeyer was the second salesman to approach me on the lot. He was the only salesman that I felt comfortable talking to and who kept thigs 100% real with me. My car buying endeavor was at least a 2 week adventure of returning to the lot and test driving enough vehicles to fill a lot itself. Eric never once got impatient with me and actually made my experience much more enjoyable than I ever expected. He was always available to answer any of my questions and went beyond the standard customer satisfaction expectations. I would not only recommend Kings Toyota I would personally recommend Eric Kallmeyer. -Ava More

Shuttle Service I had a problem with Kings Toyota's Shuttle Service. I was promised a ride to pick me up at my house and for some reason, the ride never came. I had I had a problem with Kings Toyota's Shuttle Service. I was promised a ride to pick me up at my house and for some reason, the ride never came. I had to pick up my car the next day. But Heather Chattos has promised to fix the problem so that there is clear signage at Kings Toyota about the hours and that all service writers know what the shuttle hours are. I am satisfied with her proposed solution. More
My son and I visited Kings Toyota to see about leasing a 2014 Camry. After I contacted them via an email, Dewaye Stallworth wrote back and basically told me the information that I needed to lease the Camry 2014 Camry. After I contacted them via an email, Dewaye Stallworth wrote back and basically told me the information that I needed to lease the Camry and what he had in stock. During our visit, Mr. Stallworth was very helpful and answered all the many questions that my son and I threw at him, and it was then that I decided to go ahead and lease the gray Camry. He had a backup camera installed for me at my request, and when I picked up the car, he took the time to explain all the features, set my clock for me, and even sync-ed my phone to the car for me too. He went above and beyond to patiently explain the features, and when my license tags came in to the dealership, he also took the time to install them for me, front and back. When he was finished, he asked me if I had any questions about any of the features on the car, or was there anything I didn't understand. It was a pleasure dealing with a salesman who wasn't pushy in the least, and who was absolutely a breeze to deal with. I certainly intend to ask for Mr. Stallworth when my lease is up in 2016. More
