I understand from speaking with our service manager the extended time needed to repair the area around the tires (the decal areas) is specialty work and one that has to be arranged with an outside, independent contractor. Because this repair is such a specialty process, we often have to make an appointment and get on the sub-contractors waiting list, thus in this case, a three week waiting period. When this is done, it is common for those areas to bubble but once the weather begins to turn and consistently stays warm/hot, the bubbled areas will flatten out.

We are sorry you were not satisfied with our used car manager and the price offered for 2013 Honda CRV. At Kings Toyota we try our hardest to treat every customer with respect. We will use this visit as a learning experience. For the record the April NADA retail value of a 2013 Honda CRV EXL 4WD model is $23075. Kings Toyota offered a sale price of $22300 plus tax and title fees. That is a $775 savings. At Kings Toyota we always try to offer all used vehicles at competitive prices.

You can quote NADA to me all day long. That doesn't mean the car will sell for that price. I found another dealer who was willing to sell an almost identical car, but as a Honda certified pre owned, with a little less mileage and no rusted chips in the paint for $21,000. I honestly hope you do take this as a learning experience. Unfortunately, I will never visit this dealership again to find out.
