Time Wasting "Service" Department If you like wasting your time and not getting anything accomplished, by all means check out their service department! Went in to get a splash guard replaced; it took them TWO HOURS to look under there and figure our they couldn't fix it. If you want me in at 2:30 to spend 5 minutes looking don't ask me to come in at 12:30. And if you're incompetent fine, but don't waste my time flaunting your ignorance! Then they had the audacity to suggest I take it to a body shop and file a fraudulent insurance claim as a way of saving money ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THEN, when I went to complain they had the nerve to drop my call like that was somehow going to stop me. I'm never trusting my vehicle, time, or money with them, and my next vehicle will definitely come from elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. More

We drove 6 hours to the dealership. After a brief inspection we processed the trade in a timely manner with no surprises or curve xxxxx. Truly a hassle free experience. More
Terrible Service Department Bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I bought a demo vehicle and it had a dent on a door which I was promised it would be fixed and that I would never notice Bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I bought a demo vehicle and it had a dent on a door which I was promised it would be fixed and that I would never notice it was ever there. Fist attempt to get it fixed I had to chase down the guy how sold me the vehicle and then the repair man too. They fixed the dent and not the paint. when for the fist oil change and pointed out some problem with some decals it has around the tires to protect from rock chips. The y told me the warranty will cover the fix. Drop the vehicle they had it for almost 3 weeks and they didn't even fixed the problem and again did not fix the paint on the door. In summary terrible sells department and terrible service department. More

2013 Toyota Sienna!!! LOVE the Sienna, this is my 3rd one! I was looking specifically for a 2013 Sienna....not black, not white and not gray. Rudy Woodruff got me more than I expected!!! I love my Sienna---n I was looking specifically for a 2013 Sienna....not black, not white and not gray. Rudy Woodruff got me more than I expected!!! I love my Sienna---never seen such a turning radius in a van! I test drove 5 other vans but always come back to the Sienna. My 2005 Sienna has over 308,000 miles and still going!!! Rudy was great, not pushy, took time with me and definitely informative. Would recommend Rudy and Kings Toyota. Service has been great but your car wash is well.......sad. More

Since I have to give it at least one, I'd like to give it to Joda, who was the only pleasant part of our visit. I will never return to this dealership again based on our interaction with Chris the sales manager. He was arrogant, belittling, rude, and pompous. We made a fair offer for a used vehicle and he refused to negotiate at all, despite proof that identical vehicles were being sold around his dealership for significantly less than their price. His counter? He'd drop the price $400 to remove their 3 month warranty. This place is honestly the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car and I've bought many. Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere else. More

Travis Robinson has been especially helpful over the years and we appreciate him as well as every other person in service. They all seem to bend over backwards to be certain we are satisfied. More
