Used car 72 hr return policy is less than worthless .. I purchased an older Buick Lesabre , no warranty. Test drove it around the hood it ran good and seemed in good shape ,old folks car you know. So I purchased it for fair market value 2400.00 plus the dealer fee $240.00 dollars. Picked the car up the next day , drove to 71n there I discovered the transmission did not in fact work all the way ,the lockup on the torque converter was not functioning . I went back the next day to see what they could do for me . A service tech drove it noted the problem and said I should change the trany oil and put in a can of mechanic in a can "Transmedic"..How wonderful !! Now I wish I had taken it to the highway when I took the test drive but hindsight is 20-20 . That's bad on me ,But in reviewing the the carfax I noted the Lesabre had been driven about 60 miles after it went into Dealer inventory .. Therefore I believe someone at Kings Toyota knew it had a trans problem ..NOT GOOD. To add insult to injury after being asked how I was by some fat sales guy ,I responded " not good because when you purchase a car for fair market value you expect it will have all the forward gears" Later he comes walking down the sales flour talking loudly to a coworker seated about 20 to 30 ft away about how they should start a list of THE TOP TEN comments made by people how buy cars from them for under three grand .Then he noticed me over by the service counter and stfu. 2 hour wait with an appointment How is it possible that they offer appointments, yet when you show up on time or even a little early you're told they ate running 2 hours behind? The only positive is they told me before they took my car back, unlike the past few times they leave you waiting for hours in the waiting room. Anyone wanting to buy a car from here keep in mind that 2 year maintenance and lifetime oil changes come with a severe tax on your time. I am completely feed up with them and will refuse to use their service department again which also means I will never buy a car from here again either. More

Time Wasting "Service" Department If you like wasting your time and not getting anything accomplished, by all means check out their service department! Went in to get a splash guard replaced; it took them TWO HOURS to look under there and figure our they couldn't fix it. If you want me in at 2:30 to spend 5 minutes looking don't ask me to come in at 12:30. And if you're incompetent fine, but don't waste my time flaunting your ignorance! Then they had the audacity to suggest I take it to a body shop and file a fraudulent insurance claim as a way of saving money ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THEN, when I went to complain they had the nerve to drop my call like that was somehow going to stop me. I'm never trusting my vehicle, time, or money with them, and my next vehicle will definitely come from elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. More

We drove 6 hours to the dealership. After a brief inspection we processed the trade in a timely manner with no surprises or curve xxxxx. Truly a hassle free experience. More
Terrible Service Department Bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Fist attempt to get it fixed I had to chase down the guy how sold me the vehicle and then the repair man too. They fixed the dent and not the paint. when for the fist oil change and pointed out some problem with some decals it has around the tires to protect from rock chips. The y told me the warranty will cover the fix. Drop the vehicle they had it for almost 3 weeks and they didn't even fixed the problem and again did not fix the paint on the door. In summary terrible sells department and terrible service department. More
