Dwayne, at first was friendly, then after a while, awaiting funds to help with my down payment, he started having very condescending conversations. Making comments, like, " do you want me to hold your hand during the buying process, you don't even have all your money making these extra requests!" So then I asked for my hold money back, and having a phone conversation with him again, he hung up on me in my face, and when I text stating that it was rude, please refund my money, he replied, "Dude stop texting me!" Needless to say, I don't recommend ANYONE to work with him, because if the sale doesn't go his way, he will definitely have a tantrum! More

Didn't try to sell me Michael was wonderful from when we walked into the door until we left! He listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen! Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need! Very straight forward. Highly recommend! Plus he has a great sense of humor! And also in the financial office, I can't remember his name but he's from Newyork with an accent and he was also super amazing. Joe I believe! More

But they did! Even after many phone calls, no one returned our calls or refunded our deposit. We ended up having to go through our credit card company. More

We returned since the lease was about up intending to purchase the 2014 as it has performed and held up well even with the grandkids use and enjoyment. Eric listened and said he would be glad to assist in the purchase but he would like to show us the lease numbers again for comparison. He thoroughly explained all the improvements and new features available for 2017. After listening to him and thinking about it and looking at the numbers we felt another lease was right for us. Eric made the entire transaction enjoyable and we would highly recommend him as he is a skilled, knowledgeable professional and I look forward to our next encounter. More
Horrible experience. Twice If I could give no stars that would be perfect. I was treated like crap here. First I bought a car that thought was good, got the 3 day exchange policy with it. Ended up not even 2 days later the transmission starts to go out. Tell them an they told me to get it checked an bring it in. Checked an the master mechanic told me I was right. The transmission was going out to get rid of it asap. Went back to exchange for a different car. Ended up telling me I had to pay for a safety inspection for the other vehicle because they hadn't yet? Why can they put a car for sale on their lot an NOT do a safety inspection?!?! Then had to pay $400 more for an older car! More miles on it! And no 3rd row like the first vehicle. Then to top it off, they put the other car, with the bad transmission BACK UP FOR SALE ON THE LOT!!! Horrible experience! And threatened me because a lawyer owns the place and I wouldn't get another vehicle or money back. What a crock of crap! Beware! Never go to kings automall. Especially not kings Toyota!!! More
Replacement belt not needed! Last week I took my Rav 4 in for free oil change. I was told I needed to have my serpentine belt replaced because the one I had was shredding badly. Last week I took my Rav 4 in for free oil change. I was told I needed to have my serpentine belt replaced because the one I had was shredding badly. It was to cost about $190. Since my nephew is a mechanic, I told them he would do the work for me. My nephew replaced the belt and there was not ONE SHREDDED PLACE ON THE BELT! They also told me I need a new battery which I had my nephew replace, now I'm wondering if that was a lie too. I was going to trade in my Rav 4 but it won't be at King's Auto. More

Even with them closing in a half hr. our salesman Eric was VERY kind. He took his time in showing us a van and explaining every detail of the features of the van. We walked out happy and excited that we had found the vehicle right for our family. We went in the next day and purchased our 2017 Sieanna!! We HIGHLY recommend this dealership and our salesman Eric to all of family and friends!!!!! We will be returning to this dealership for all of our future vehicles!!! More

This year and model vehicle falls into the risk category for oil consumption failure requiring a complete engine replacement. The communication on this issue from the dealer was suspect and was not clearly understood. The car meets all the criteria to qualify for the program set-up to pay for repairs. The oil consumption issue is part of a Class Action lawsuit again Toyota. Thousands of engines are all failing these tests. The car could not go more than 1,000 miles without needing more oil be added. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The risk of engine oil consumption risk was not communicated at time of purchase. The only real solution to the engine oil consumption defect is a complete engine replacement or removal and repair and reinstall action of the engine deals etc (which is close to same cost as replacing with a new engine). We continue to get the run around and we have been told as of January 18, 2017 that the claim is being denied since King's failed to communicate the issues to the Owner of the vehicle. More
