First I bought a car that thought was good, got the 3 day exchange policy with it. Ended up not even 2 days later the transmission starts to go out. Tell them an they told me to get it checked an bring it in. Checked an the master mechanic told me I was right. The transmission was going out to get rid of it asap. Went back to exchange for a different car. Ended up telling me I had to pay for a safety inspection for the other vehicle because they hadn't yet? Why can they put a car for sale on their lot an NOT do a safety inspection?!?! Then had to pay $400 more for an older car! More miles on it! And no 3rd row like the first vehicle. Then to top it off, they put the other car, with the bad transmission BACK UP FOR SALE ON THE LOT!!! Horrible experience! And threatened me because a lawyer owns the place and I wouldn't get another vehicle or money back. What a crock of crap! Beware! Never go to kings automall. Especially not kings Toyota!!! More
Replacement belt not needed! Last week I took my Rav 4 in for free oil change. I was told I needed to have my serpentine belt replaced because the one I had was shredding badly. Last week I took my Rav 4 in for free oil change. I was told I needed to have my serpentine belt replaced because the one I had was shredding badly. It was to cost about $190. Since my nephew is a mechanic, I told them he would do the work for me. My nephew replaced the belt and there was not ONE SHREDDED PLACE ON THE BELT! They also told me I need a new battery which I had my nephew replace, now I'm wondering if that was a lie too. I was going to trade in my Rav 4 but it won't be at King's Auto. More

Even with them closing in a half hr. our salesman Eric was VERY kind. He took his time in showing us a van and explaining every detail of the features of the van. We walked out happy and excited that we had found the vehicle right for our family. We went in the next day and purchased our 2017 Sieanna!! We HIGHLY recommend this dealership and our salesman Eric to all of family and friends!!!!! We will be returning to this dealership for all of our future vehicles!!! More

This year and model vehicle falls into the risk category for oil consumption failure requiring a complete engine replacement. The communication on this issue from the dealer was suspect and was not clearly understood. The car meets all the criteria to qualify for the program set-up to pay for repairs. The oil consumption issue is part of a Class Action lawsuit again Toyota. Thousands of engines are all failing these tests. The car could not go more than 1,000 miles without needing more oil be added. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The risk of engine oil consumption risk was not communicated at time of purchase. The only real solution to the engine oil consumption defect is a complete engine replacement or removal and repair and reinstall action of the engine deals etc (which is close to same cost as replacing with a new engine). We continue to get the run around and we have been told as of January 18, 2017 that the claim is being denied since King's failed to communicate the issues to the Owner of the vehicle. More

Incompetence at its worst I've taken my 2013 Highlander to this dealership for the past 3 years and have always been impressed with their level of service. I don't know what h I've taken my 2013 Highlander to this dealership for the past 3 years and have always been impressed with their level of service. I don't know what happened, but they obviously switched managers and are now the worst service place ever. We ordered tires for the car and were told to make a service appointment. I called an hour before the appointment and the tires weren't there. I then made another service appointment for that saturday and called again Saturday morning to make sure they were there, but again no tires. They then called a couple of hours later and said the tires were in so I made another appointment for the next Saturday. Guess what...the tires weren't there when I went into the appointment. They put them on someone else's car. I would have made 3 useless trips to this dealership if I hadn't called to check on the tires. Why is it my job to make sure the tires are there? Isn't that what the service manager does? Please don't waste your time. They were very rude and did not apologize for the mix up and for my useless trip there. More
We Wanted a Landcruiser My girlfriend and I were in the market for a 99-04 Landcruiser that we could afford and Kings had a 2000 model that basically looked like new. However My girlfriend and I were in the market for a 99-04 Landcruiser that we could afford and Kings had a 2000 model that basically looked like new. However it had 232K which to those who understand these vehicles, that is just past "broken in". The vehicle looked so terrific that I was quite certain the vehicle had been garaged and well maintained. And it was the Mahogany Pearl color we wanted which is VERY hard to find. Our salesman Brian Ravenscraft showed us the Carfax and was very patient with multiple trips to inspect the vehicle. There was never any sense of trying to close the deal and Brian always made himself available. He offered to let me have the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic which I felt was not necessary with my knowledge (and trust in Landcruisers). Brian was very honest in letting us know that they wanted to "move" the Landcruiser because it had been on the lot for awhile. I made an offer which was considerably lower than what they were asking (about $2K less) which I thought would be rejected and after a couple back & forths we settled at $1700 less which was a pretty good deal all things considered, especially after owning the truck for several weeks. It's been quite good to us with no surprises. After we purchased the vehicle we realized the remote key was not working and one of the managers Ryan Fink ordered us a new Toyota Key (over $200 retail), not a cheap Chinese one. We couldn't be happier with our new baby and would highly recommend Kings for finding a quality used car. Thanks Brian & Ryan! More
Bad Brake Inspection Had front pads replaced less than 2000 miles ago-they stated and marked the inspection form that the rear brakes were good-in the green zone. So a cou Had front pads replaced less than 2000 miles ago-they stated and marked the inspection form that the rear brakes were good-in the green zone. So a couple weeks later I hear a metallic grinding noise from rear axle area. Luckily I'm near Performance Toyota so take it in and they find rear brake pads are GONE and rotors are shot. And this is after Kings has previously broken two of my wheel covers during a "Free" oil change. (No one from Kings EVER apologized-just stated it like it was an everyday occurrence and not their concern.) I've decided it's well worth the cost of an oil change to avoid Kings Service Department in the future More
