First, the entire process can be handled inside, from viewing cars to going out for a test drive and back, which is AMAZING for the cold winter months. Second, my salesman, James Eshelman, was awesome. He wasn't super pushy and respected all the things I was looking for while keeping my budget in mind. Also, I tend to have less than stellar experiences because I look young, and I never felt like James was talking down to me. He answered all of my questions and stayed in regular contact with me, but again, was not pushy about it. 10 stars! Third, I LOVE that you can add customized options instead of only buying a package as is. Heated seats? Yes, please. Huge thanks to James for making this process so easy!! Love my RAV! More

Sienna recall Although it took 3 hours to fix the electronic sliding door issue, I had been forewarned and appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service provided Although it took 3 hours to fix the electronic sliding door issue, I had been forewarned and appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service provided by Stephen. HOWEVER, I was not happy that it took so long (years!) for a "fix" could be discovered......during which time we had to shut down the automatic feature with the sliding doors....a very dangerous situation. I feel the corporation should make financial remuneration regarding this lapse of notice of the recall and the actual repair. I do appreciate Stephen's kindness and expertise. More
