I'm usually met by Service Advisor Atnan Guze, today being no exception, who always greets me with a welcoming smile, a hand shack, and words reflecting his happiness to see me again. As I give him my information, he has always conducted himself in a professional, caring and friendly manner. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable, which allowing me to comfortably have a cup of coffee and read the newspaper.
