Long wait When I pulled up to the poorly marked driveway I was not greeted by anyone. I sat in my car for a few min before getting out and walking into the shop to see where I’m supposed to go for service. A valet or mechanic... not sure... yelled from across the shop “bring it in,” pointing at the garage door that was closed. After finally giving over the car the guy told me to go into the office, which is just a waiting area with a service counter. The woman behind the counter, Kim, told me she’d be with us shortly. After about 10min (now 15-20min since pulling up to service) she asked what the problem was and stated it would take 1-1.5 hr to replace the battery on my car that is less than 2 months old. That is ridiculously long to change a battery on a brand new lease. Regardless, we ended up having to walk outside to a nearby deli because there were no seats available in the waiting area and I had my baby with me. After and hour and 45min my husband walked up and asked how much longer it would be because we needed to head home asap to feed the baby. Kim stated “They’re changing the battery right now, it will just be a few more minutes.” After another half hour, I walked up to the counter asking how much longer and Kim, with a nasty attitude stated it would be a few more minutes. I explained she said that a half hour ago and she shrugged and said it would be a few more minutes with no sense of urgency. After a few min I walked up again stating I need my car immediately because the wait was not reasonable and my baby needs to eat... she simply said “I can’t do that” and shrugged again. I asked again and asked to speak to a manager and she said ok and walked away. When she returned 5 min later she handed me a receipt and told me my car was outside, completely disregarding my concerns. I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. I’ve worked at a dealership for over a decade so I know how good service should go, I even know that sometimes things take awhile and service isn’t great but this was absolutely unreal. More

Atnan di It's a rarity to find an honest auto service advisor, one who doesn't try to sell you service as if he were getting a commission on the work. Atnan discuses with you, what should be done for your safety and what could wait till your next visit, not pushy. After all, it's my car and I'm the one paying the bill. I purposely wait to discus the maintenance and care of my car with only Atnan, you should to. It's rare to find a dedicated auto employee who also cares for the customer as he does. More

He always ensures that my vehicle is good to go before I leave the shop, and Anton has been my service representative for years and he is phenomenal. I always get my services done at a reasonable time and he always follows up with upcoming appointments. I would recommend Anton to anyone who wants to get great and reliable service. From the sales people to the service people, I can honestly say that the experience has always been great. I want to particularly give a shout-out to Atnan Guze. He is always concerned that whatever service issue is involved is handled correctly and he clearly explains what is needed and what is optional. He is equally friendly whether I drop off the car at 7:30 AM or 4:30 PM. I recently had a couple of problems with my 2007 Maxima that were kind of expensive to repair and when he called to explain them to me he sounded really sad that he had to give me this news. I always call ahead of time when I am planning to drop off any of my cars to make sure Atnan will be there that day. More

I had a 10am apt and needed to be done by 1 to make it across town to pick my child up from school. When I told Atnan (my service advisor) this he said that they were very backed up and that there was no way I was going to have m car back my then. I asked him if there was anything he could to help because I already took the day off and live very far from the service area (hence my daughter's school is far). He said let me see, stepped away for a bit, and came back and told me that he would arrange a courtesy car rental with the local enterprise. I know that this isn't a customary thing for Nissan to do so I was blown away that he offered this to me. He has no idea how much he saved my tail by doing that for me, I would have had no way of getting my girl from and to school the next day as I have no family and no sitter for outside help. If you go to this Nissan, ask for him! It's rare when you find a service center with an employee who cares and doesn't have a "not my problem" attitude. More

I voiced my concerns to Mr WINSTON and he had me to take back the vehicle to the shop and had my concerns feet with expeditiously. More
