Jessica Ortiz by far did a phenomenal job in understanding my problems and did not have me on hold. She was a pleasant service rep and was very informative and helpful, thanks so much ! More
Absolutely Amazing Experience!!! From the second I walked into the service center, I was greeted with a smile and pure professionalism... Recently, I went there because my 2016 Maxima had ABS, Break, Slip and Collision lights ON. I was extremely happy to find out that Kings Nissan offered a rental car while my car was in the shop waiting for a replacement part. So, all in all, it was a very smooth experience. A special shout-out to Mr. Winston who was assigned to take care of my problem. He is a total pro and more importantly a man of his word. Thanks. More
Airbag Recall + NYS Inspection 2007 Versa airbag recall. Had oil change + NYS Inspection and told Service Advisor Kim Bachan to fix whatever else was wrong. It turns out there was 2007 Versa airbag recall. Had oil change + NYS Inspection and told Service Advisor Kim Bachan to fix whatever else was wrong. It turns out there was a xxxx of a lot wrong with the car, three pages worth to be exact. The bottom line: it drove like a new car when I picked it up. This is what they do. More

The service was excellent I took my car to do a transmission fluid change but I end up doing more than what I was supposed to do they had found Out that I had a drive axle I took my car to do a transmission fluid change but I end up doing more than what I was supposed to do they had found Out that I had a drive axle leaking so The service guy named Winston Let me know that I needed to fix the leak. Job well done and the car is running good thank you Kings Nissan. More

Great customer service I have been coming to this delaership/service center for 6 years. I purchased my Nissan Rogue from them originally along with another friend who bough I have been coming to this delaership/service center for 6 years. I purchased my Nissan Rogue from them originally along with another friend who bought the same car both at the same time from Asim Zia. Asim was wonderful, very knowledgable and helped us alot. I recently had an oil change, brake job and an inspection done. The service center has been great. I deal with Atnan Guze at the front desk all of the time. He is courteous and honest with me on what services my car needs. He doesn't try to oversell me so it comforts me to know that what I need is necessity and not Pushed down my throat because then I would bring my car to a regular shop if I see that I can't trust the front desk. I have gotten all my service needs here over the past 6 years and will continue to come as long as I can deal with guys like Atnan. I hope they keep up their honesty and fast service because I don't mind paying a little extra for the same service here at an authorized service center vs an outside shop because here I know that at this service center almost all they deal with are Nissans so they are experts in dealing with the problems that arise over and over again and it is an added piece of mind. More
