I wasnt happy with the service visit, the ability to book an appointment or how long I have to wait when I come in there. Then comes Ms. Ortiz. Kind courteous apologetic she fits me in when I said I wasn't comfortable with the diagnosis of my service she made sure that it was taken back and taking care of and I appreciated it you need more employees like her. I later when home and talk till my husband and decided after the experience and speaking with Ms. Ortiz to buy another car there in the up coming weeks as my birthday gift. She is really good with dealing with the public especially when they are upset and she knows how to handle frustrating situations. She is a true asset. You definitely need more people like her. More
