When I called in initially and told him I’ve taken my Altima to this service center a few times the service rep Winston is very friendly and helpful. When I called in initially and told him the problem I was having with my car he gave me a suggestion that turned out to be the problem. He also suggested some much needed services and now my car runs better than before I took it there. Great service!!!! More

Very Professional I took my Maxima in for service and have to say I am liking the changes in the service department. Service advisors are in tune with customer needs. I have no clue about cars but I did know I had a leak. I was taken into the actual shop and Winston was not only able to show me the leak but also explain what was leaking and why. Cost me more than i wanted to spend, but at least I know what I spent my money on. More
