Under a crunch for a car I was in a bind to purchase a car with a very small window of opportunity. Erik Henize met me at the dealership at 9:00 AM in the morning and I was o I was in a bind to purchase a car with a very small window of opportunity. Erik Henize met me at the dealership at 9:00 AM in the morning and I was out the door with paperwork complete by 11:30 AM having purchase an incredible car at a very fair price. Erik was incredibly patient and systematic in his approach to narrowing down exactly what I was looking for and proved he had a very high level of knowledgeable in the product line. He appears to be a man of character and values when it came to customer service and was very personable to boot. I would recommend Erik to anyone who is in need of a car even when under a crunch to get 'er done! I do not feel that one minute of our time was wasted as often happens in other dealerships. To this I say kudos! This morning Erik again met my wife and I at the dealership and as promise walked us through the intricacies of the technology package. Erik also demonstrated how to set up different functions such as phones, music through Bluetooth, radio functions, air conditioning controls etc. To Kings Mazda I say congratulations on employing a top notch individual to represent your business!
