Dustin Moore first offered me a good deal on my oil and tire rotation. Buy three changes for $99 which is a great deal. When my car was finished, I was told that my other rear window was not working right either. Which impressed me because they took the time to check all my windows. Going above and beyond!!! I needed a last minute oil change before a trip and he got me in right away with no problem. Once there, Dusty Moore took care of us like we were family. He was so respectful of our needs. Didn't really check out my tire. Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Told Josh Mullins I had a tire that was losing pressure. He checked it and said it was fine. I left, got about 5 miles and my low tire pressure light came on. The tire that had a slow leak was flat. I was stranded on 275W at rush hour. Had to wait 1 hr and 20mins for help. Took the tire to CarX which said there was a hole in the tire from a screw...but the screw was gone. I'm convinced they took it out and didn't do any checks other than checking the pressure right before I left. Told me that the tire was fine. I could have been hit on the highway along with the police officer and repairman. My husband talked to service manager who acted like it was no big deal. More

Excellent Service I came in for an oil change June the 15, 2018. I did not have an appointment. Service personnel l Tiffany Hurst told me, it being late on a Friday aft I came in for an oil change June the 15, 2018. I did not have an appointment. Service personnel l Tiffany Hurst told me, it being late on a Friday afternoon, it was doubtful but let her see what she could do to get me an oil change and get me on my way. I normally have my routine car checkups and oil change appointments, but with some health issues for a family member, I couldn't commit to appointment schedules. KINGS KIA has always been there for all my family's car needs, since 2008. They are a true team caring for their customers. This is the 'car shop' for me. Why go anywhere else.
