I tried to buy my son a car here, and left with a very good option. Called two days later to see if there was any wiggle room with the price, and was told the price they gave us previously was as low as good option. They also said we had to call in the next hour or the price will go up. I called 10 minutes later, and was told they could no longer honor the price they had quoted us, but will instead now be charging almost $2000 more. That’s a pretty steep incline for a 10 minute time frame. More

I had a wonderfule experience with trading for my new Explorer. I usually don't take pleasure in going through the process.. However, this time it was a somewhat relaxing event.
