The last time I bought a car it was 12 years ago from someone my brother recommended. After I bought the car I never ever hear back from this person. I already have received a phone call and am email from what I can tell the only female car sales person on the lot Sunday afternoon. The moment we got there myself and my sister were greeted and brought into the dealership. There was no pressure to buy nor did Hailey Mardis try to up sell me which I greatly appreciate. I also greatly appreciate that she brought the car I asked for but she also brought me a similar car. Hailey listened to me rather than tell me what I wanted which has been my experience as a woman looking for a car. Hailey Mardis was very chill and let me take my time and talk it over with my sister. She did not want to haggle which I hate doing and try to avoid. She explained everything step by step which I greatly appreciate. As a woman I am greatly intimidated by the car buy so I greatly appreciate her taking her time and being very patient with me.
