good service, not sure of oil change interval When I purchased my van I was told oil change interval was 6,000 miles and that was what my windshield sticker indicated. When I called for service When I purchased my van I was told oil change interval was 6,000 miles and that was what my windshield sticker indicated. When I called for service I was told 9,000 miles, but I scheduled anyway and didn't mention it when I checked in. Nothing was said and I received my free oil change. However my windshield sticker indicates now 8,000 miles. Go figure! I didn't know what to expect when checking in so I was on the defensive and I didn't think the associate was as friendly as I thought he should be but in the end I found he was just great and I had no issues. By the way, Donnie was my salesman when I purchased my van and he was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. I have owned about 50 cars so I have a lot of experience in dealing with car salesman. Jerry Rathmann More

Kings Jeep I absolutely love Jeep, but I will never buy from this facility again. The service department is always rude, especially on the oil change side. When I bought my jeep I was told they would hook up the UConnect the next day, turns out the car isn't even equipped with that option and I was then told it would be $2,000 to install it. I come from a large family of Jeep buyers and we will never use this facility again. More

Service is top notch I have had my Jeep Commander in for service on two occasions since purchasing. Craig in the service department always goes the extra mile to make sur I have had my Jeep Commander in for service on two occasions since purchasing. But one really stood out a younger guy named Mack, he kinda fell in to helping us with our car, and he was amazing he bent over backwards to make us happy and really care for our needs... Quality is lacking Service Department 200S 12/26/2014 I have been a repeating customer since 2001. A 2001 Jeep Liberty sport, 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD Diesel, 2012 Chrysler 200S, 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude I have been a repeating customer since 2001. A 2001 Jeep Liberty sport, 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD Diesel, 2012 Chrysler 200S, 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude. Up until the last 2 years I have very good experiences in the service department. This last year has been my worse experiences ever. With my 2012 jeep. Every time they perform the oil change. It leaks and I have had to return it with in 100 miles after the oil change. It took them 5 attempts and 26,000 miles to finally solve the issue was the threads on the post the filter screws on to. 5 oil changes and 6 attempts to solve the issue. Marvin kept ignoring the issue and would act surprised when we would return leaking. Finally had to get Chris involved to prove it it was a issue. My 2012 Chrysler 200S I have even worse service from them. I have had gone thru 3 times for a poping noise from the front end with turning and speed bumps. It took then 42,000 miles and 3 attempts to solve this issue. The inner front tie rod ends. Chris acknowledging he heard of the issue. My hood was replaced under the corrosion warranty. They installed a hood that did not fit the contour of the car. Gaps were not even anywhere. The paint was missing in spots, and finger prints in the paint. The hood did not latch properly to close all the way. When they replaced the tie rod ends they damaged my 2 front wheels. The scratched off the black paint around where the lug nuts go. All of the wheels were just replaced 1 month before. So far the car has been at the dealer for 5 weeks. How can they really believe a customer would accept a car in this condition? And now they are working on the hood again. This is sad but, so true. The customer service has gone away. If you cannot service what you sell. You will not be selling much longer! I have finally decided to take my business else where. Please note: I have contacted Kings many times as well with Chrysler. Now it is time to meet with the operations manager Mark Pittman.
