Chanel and Rich have done wonders to help us customize our Wrangler for off roading and have gone above and beyond in the process. They are always very helpful, kind and quick to respond. Relieved My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that My radiator was leaking fluid and when I had it looked at by a few different service stations I was told they couldnt find anything wrong. I knew that there had to be leaking from somewhere hence the puddle of radiator fluid under my car. I decided to take it to Kings Dodge and they were able to find where it was leaking from. They explained the issue and fixed it pretty quick. I am so thankful that they took the time to figure it out and I no longer have to keep filling the radiator fluid!!!! More

We decided to see how our experience might be with the service department too. I had our older Jeep worked on, picked it up, having several dash light issues. I left messages several times with no call backs. I had to be persistent to get assistance setup, to review again, which is not something I feel should be necessary if I’m a valued customer. The assigned tech direct cell phone number was useless. There is no procedure for coverage when the tech has a day off. Here is where I feel the management needs to visit this model. I feel this does not work well for the customer. Normally, you only get one chance to win a customer. how it has gone so far is not promising for a long term relationship. More

Crossfire oil change came out less costly than expected I have a Crossfire that is only driven about 3000 miles a year so it gets an annual oil change regardless of milage remaining. This was its first trip I have a Crossfire that is only driven about 3000 miles a year so it gets an annual oil change regardless of milage remaining. This was its first trip to a dealer for service since I've owned it. Crossfire's are notoriously more complicated to service so I was apprehensive about bringing it to the oil change line on a Saturday, but I was assured there was a tech working that was certified on Crossfire. On previous visits I asked what the dealer cost was for an oil change and was quoted about $205 which is not too far out of line from the $180 price I was given at other places. I was very pleased when the final cost came out to $145 (using a coupon). The work performed was done very well! More
