Not exactly Express Service I went to the Express Service to get my oil changed in my car. I was expecting to be in and out in about 30 minutes, hence the name Express Service. I sat and waited for almost an hour and then went out to ask how much longer they thought it might be. The service man said he'd check on it for me. From then it took about another 10 minutes before I was in my car and headed on my way. While it was nice not to need an appointment, I could have definitely had my oil changed much faster at Valvoline or Jiffy Lube for about the same price. More

Great Experience I go to this location for my free Lifetime oil changes and also knew that I needed to get tires. During the oil change a service representative let me I go to this location for my free Lifetime oil changes and also knew that I needed to get tires. During the oil change a service representative let me know my tires were worn and showed me a quote. They do have a price match, but it wasn't necessary as they gave a very good price for a set of Goodyear tires, installation, alignment, etc. Now I also have free Lifetime tire rotation. It's also nice that the waiting room has TV, Wi-Fi, and coffee. More

Very slow service. I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 9:00am on a Monday for service on an airbag recall (I scheduled the appointment 5 days in advance). T I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 9:00am on a Monday for service on an airbag recall (I scheduled the appointment 5 days in advance). The recall notice stated that the work would take approximately 2 hours. I also requested that they repair the drivers side widow, which "chattered" when rolled down (the vehicle was still under warranty). The service center provided me with a loaner vehicle and said they would call me when my vehicle was completed, probably in the afternoon. I had to call the service center at 4:30pm, only to be told they still had not started working on my vehicle and they would not get to it that day. I was assured they would work on it first thing in the morning. The following day I had to call the service center at 4:00pm to finally learn that my vehicle was ready to be picked up (no idea when it was actually completed). No explanation of why it took two days to address a recall item and a chattering window; nor was there an explanation as to why my vehicle had not been serviced the day I dropped it off, despite making an appointment. Poor communication, poor customer service. This event is consistent with my past experiences with this dealership: I have owned four previous Ram/Dodge/Jeep vehicles and every time I take a vehicle to this dealership I am always (without exception) pushed to the back of the line and the service takes days longer to perform than originally estimates (I do not mean "hours" longer, I do mean "DAYS" longer). I am done taking my vehicles to this service center; the convenience is not worth the frustration. More

No communication dropped my car off at 6:00am and by 4 I had not heard anything. I called and someone took a message to give to the person assigned to my car. No-one called me back so I called again to have Chanel tell me that they really didn't know what was wrong with my car. I asked why I had not received a call she said oh I'm not sure sorry about that but we don't know what is wrong. I left a message for the manager but only received a call back after I asked my father to call. I was extremely displeased with Chanel's attitude and the fact that she could tell me nothing. She then proceeded to tell me there was no magic wand to fix the car. I do not care to go back to that dodge dealer unless there was not another open in my entire state. More

The way I was jerked around was just unbelievable, the time and trips to and from the dealership was/ I couldn't explain it in just a "few" words.... Fast, courteous, and hassle free We recently purchased a 2016 Grand Caravan and noticed once we got home one of the sliding doors was "grinding" when opened. We were leaving for vacat We recently purchased a 2016 Grand Caravan and noticed once we got home one of the sliding doors was "grinding" when opened. We were leaving for vacation later on the week, so we needed the issue resolved quickly. Unlike other dealers, I was able to get an appointment the next day, early in the morning. Upon showing up, I was provided a loaner (the van was still under warranty) and was on my way within a half an hour or less. Within 2 hours I received a call from Chanel that the van was ready! They checked the wiring and chains and it turned out to be a need for lubrication of the bearings. I asked if they could go ahead and lube the other for as well, and they did ... no arguments, no fussing. There were no nasty surprises when I went to get the van and I was on my way again in under 30 minutes. It was very refreshing to have such a positive experience! More
